Great location
Pros:

The location to Sapporo station and Odori park

Overall it is a great stay!

Cons:

部屋が乾燥しているので、備え付けの加湿器の稼働が必須。冷蔵庫が狭過ぎて、お弁当などが入らなくてとても不便だった。

The pillows were not very comfortable and the room was very hot to the point I had to open the window in the middle of winter and sleep with it open.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff (it is recommended to learn some Japanese)
Pros:

Great location, easy to access and central in Sapporo. My room initially was facing the clock tower and as I’m a light sleeper I was woken every hour by the clock bells. But I asked reception for a quieter room and they happily accommodated the request and the next room was perfect.

Cons:

The heating in the room was far too warm

コスパ良くて旅行者にピッタリ！
Pros:

フロントスタッフの方たちの対応が良かったです。朝食も美味しかったな〜

Cons:

強いて言うなら清掃が毎日じゃなかった事ぐらいかな。まあきれいに過ごしていればなんの問題もないのでそこまで気にならなかったです。

Pros:

Останааливаюсь в отеле много лет, но последние годы только из-за его локации. Персонал вполне доброжелателен.

Cons:

Снижается уровень обслуживания. Уборка раз в три дня, воды в номере нет, белые полотенца не мешало бы хорошо постирать и отбелить.
В отеле шумно вечерами и персонал, видимо, плохо предупреждает очередных гостей о том, чтобы они не мешали другим.

Good for a short visit of 3 nights.
Pros:

Great location to shopping and transportation. Walked to snow festival exhibit. Excellent breakfast. We chose this property because of price, location, breakfast and good cancellation policy.

Cons:

Room was too small. Would have preferred two small beds instead of one double. Had just enough room to walk with luggage lined up against wall. Laundry should have 3 separate washers and dryers. Had long waits.

I want to gate keep this place for myself.
Pros:

The location is superb as it is very close to Sapporo, Odori and Susukino stations. It's also very close to Odori Park. The hotel has an easy access from Sapporo Station via the Ekimae-dori underground passageway.

Cons:

We can't figure out how to have our rooms cleaned even after 4 days of staying.
