Pros:

エレベーターがルームキーと連動しているので安全管理が安心できた。
立地場所がチカホ出口からすぐだったので、雨天の場合にありがたかった。

Cons:

フロントにトイレがなく、同館内のトイレも飲食店と共用、しかも男トイレ専用がなくかなり不便に感じた。

良かったです。
Pros:

お部屋の広さが丁度良かったです。

Cons:

お部屋の壁とかが、傷が所々あったりしてたので、少し残念でした。
朝食頂いたのでずが、デザート類が少なめだったかなと感じました。

安くて清潔なホテルなので快適に過ごせた。
また繁華街も近く、徒歩圏内に飲食店や観光地がある。
札幌駅から地下で近くまで繋がっているので、スーツケースでの移動も楽。

駐車場の案内、ちゃんとして欲しいです。女の方でした。札幌入ると一方通行とかいろいろ大変なのに住所ちゃんと教えてくれないとホテルは安く泊まれても、駐車場ですごくお金がかかります。

Superb location but was too uncomfortable due to the lack of freedom to utilize the heating/cooling in our rooms.
Pros:

The hotel is located very near the main train stations, as well as near to Odori Park.

Cons:

The guests should have full control of the air conditioning as majority of our stay, it was too warm and stuffy (centralized AC was set to heater) that we have to open the windows to let cool air in. Unfortunately, the noise from the main street bothered our sleep. Guests should have complete freedom to utilize the airconditioning in their respective rooms. Other guests of the hotel during our stay share the same complaint.

住起來不太舒服
Pros:

離JR滿近的，走10分鐘
禮拜六晚上2000台幣一晚還算能接受
樓下有松屋炸豬排
備品一樓自取

Cons:

暖氣不能自己調整，熱到睡不著
空間很小
床很小
浴室很笑
浴缸很小
睡覺很不舒服
這次住的KOKO系列飯店裡面最差的一間

Pros:

Great location and really nice, simple but very clean and all that we needed for our few days in Sappers!! Would 100% stay there again if ever back in Hokkaido. The staff were also very helpful and kind to us - we needed to send some baggage via private company to the UK and they helped us weigh and label it and sent it off for us :)
