利便性が良かった

Cons:

禁煙部屋なのに、タバコの臭いがキツくて、気持ち悪くなった。ずっと、空気洗浄機をオンにしていて、喉の調子が悪くなった。

スタッフが丁寧だった

Cons:

ホテルエアコンの音がうるさい！
ホテルの部屋までの廊下の絨毯が汚い！
ユニットバスは生乾きの匂いがした！
子ども連れで3人での予約したのにタオルが2個しかなかった！

次は泊まらない。
Pros:

連泊にあたり、1日目の部屋(禁煙室)がタバコ臭かったため相談したら、２日目は部屋を変えてくれました。

Cons:

1日目の部屋は掃除が行き届いておらず、マグカップが交換されていなかった、もしくはマグの底に茶渋が着いていました。冷蔵庫も電源が切れていて、アメニティも必要最低限で、携帯の充電コードなどはなかったと思います。
