Maalesef hayal kirikligi idi, ozellikle temizlik konusunda ciddi sikintili bir oteldi.

Past reviews refer to the previous and not the current owners. Roka is not what it looks like on the website. I have included photos. Management is not interested in customer service. Be careful of hidden extras being charged to you bill. At 11pm we entered our room (room 12) and my husband sat on the bed to remove his shoes and the bed collapsed. It was old and cheap. We had to wait 30 minutes for a manager to authorise a room move! No one helped us move our bags and no apology offered. The following day the exact same happened when I sat on the bed in our next room (room 6) The manager called in a maintenance person who said the beds are not fit for purpose. The chipboard used to hold the mattress is not part of the original bed and the tiny nails are not strong enough to keep the bed together. He said it could not be repaired. The owner arrived and would not accept this and so he brought in a carpenter. All the time we have no room as he would not move us. The carpenter said the same thing as the maintenance person. We were moved to room 10 which had a different bed, but the blue headboard was dirty as were all 3 rooms. The owners were so rude and told us these things happen and that we are complaining for no reason. All the other issues they told us had just been missed by their staff and we should accept this. The issues (photos) speak for themselves. Dirty tissues in cupboard left by a previous customer. The owner disputed this, but his staff member said it was true. Broken towel rails in bathroom, no toilet roll holder, dusty and dirty floors, dead moth in cupboard, lamps not working, stained bed sheets, black and green mold in the bathrooms, a bath removed but poles left sticking out of the walls. Build up in the soap dish from lack of cleaning. TV didn’t work in any of our rooms and no technician available to repair. Look at the clothes hangers! Owner brought in another person to fix the beds together and placed boxes under them in hope they wouldn’t collapse again for the next guest. There is so much more I can say but I think you can see from the photos this is not a place to stay if you want an enjoyable holiday. Professional hoteliers would not run a hotel in this manner. I hope my review helps.

Biz son derece memnun kaldık. Otel çok merkezi alaçatı çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde, heryere çok rahat gidebilirsiniz, otoparkı var, çalışanlar sonderece hızlı ve güleryüzlü. Odalar temiz şık,ve konforlu. Güneşlenme alanı keyifli. Kahvaltı hızlı ve lezzetli. Fiyatının üstünde bir performansa sahip. İşimiz olmasa uzatırdık ama bir daha ki sefere Artık alaçatıda nerede kalayım derdi bitti. Çok teşekkürler 🙋‍♀️

I booked this guesthouse, based on the recommendations of some great friends who got married, down in Iliça last summer. It seamed to be the most romantic, chic place in the area. And it turned out to be just that! The area is frequented by mainly Turkish tourists, so the locals are still very genuine in opening their doors to strangers. Despite the lack of English, the personnel gathered at 7am to prepare breakfast and coffee for guests, in a very familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The owner is also, personally involved in everyday operations.
Wifi is available only around the pool. Thus, plan on exploring the surroundings rather than keeping your nose in smart phone.
Each room and suite has a different design.
This is an amazingly romantic guest house.

It was a great stay in Roka Boutique Hotel. Nice, cosy, elegant boutique hotel. rooms are nicely decorated. Nice breakfast and service, location is very convenient,walking distance to Alacati koyici, definitely recommend it.

This is one of the best in Alacatı. It is in a good location, very nice garden and pool. The owners were so friendly and kind. We had a very last minute booking in the small room. But after our first night they were kind to offer us a bigger room. Having a breakfast in the garden is so pleasant.

I spend my honeymoon here for two nights. I met with some friendly staff so willing to help at the first call. My Room was clean and spacious with a window view over looking the pool. At breakfast time their were a selections of many choices of nice typical Turkish breakfast. Location of the hotel is within walking distance to the centre. I find the cost to be reasonable , I would not hesitate to recommend this Roka Hotel to my friends and families.

Most gorgeous boutique hotel in Alacati. The decoration is chic and elegant. I was worried because of the low number of reviews but this is only because the place is new, so even better for you book it soon before it becomes too popular. The rooms are spacious and clean. Just a few blocks from the twon centre. I travelled around Turkey for two weeks and I believe this Hotel had the best breakfast. Delicious simmit, cheese, olives and spreads. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Simple and fresh. Best for holiday with friends . Small and cosy. Nice staff and good breakfast .It was my first time in Cesme, and I am happy that me and my friends chosen Roka. Felt very comfortable there as if it would be my home .

I stayed 3 nights with my boy firiend and wished could stay longer...the hotel is very close to the center - only 5min walking distance. - service was excellent and friendly, breakfast has regional speacial tastes, room has an excellent home decoration. Thank you ROKA HOTEL.

2011 July I and my husband were there for our honeymoon and we spent excellent time I think it is one of the best hotel in Çeşme. Rooms are well equipped, clean, modern and very romantic.. Especially our breakfast was so good. I advice everyone to have a vacation there. Thank you Pınar.. You, your family and your staff gave us a very good experience.

We arrived here on 10-07-2011,after our marriage ceremony.Frankly, I was not expecting this much comfort and smiely faces around us.But when we stepped in to the hotel,The owners of this hotel Pınar&Bora greeted us at the door .From that day on still the same attitude goes on.We are so happy and reccomend this hotel to everyone who is planning a trip to wonderful Alacatı/ Cesme..
