Great and convenient
Pros:

Very convenient. It's near the airport train and the airport bus, so you have a lot of options to get to this hotel. It's also just a short walk away from everything. The staff was nice, the cleaning lady on our floor was great, if we met her in the halls she would ask if we needed bottles of water or towel changing if we forgot to turn off the do not disturb sign on the door. The windows insulated a lot of the noise from the street. The views of Hongdae and Namsan tower were nice as well.

Cons:

The laundry location is not very convenient to get to.

If you like shopping, this is the best place.
Pros:

Excellent location, near KTX, shopping around. Go to the 1st floor for check-in. The staff are so nice and speak good English. Beds and pillows are so soft and good.

Cons:

The room is small and very basic. No toiletries.

Relaxing, fun area , great location, near all transportation and food and great friendly staff
