Отличный отель
Pros:

Все понравилось! Очень удобная локация, все рядом, достаточно просторный, тихий номер с красивым видом на город. В лобби уютная зона, где можно выпить кофе. Завтраки не пробовала.

Cons:

Уборка могла бы быть лучше. Пару раз оставляли немытые кружки в раковине, забыли средства для уборки в моем номере.

Mostly good with some areas that could be improved.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and a good size. The gym was sufficient and having laundry facilities available was great.

Cons:

The dining option at the restaurant was limited. Also there was a flowery scent in the common areas that was quite strong. I have scent sensitivity so it was giving me a headache. This may be a problem for those who have allergies to scents.

Great and convenient
Pros:

Very convenient. It's near the airport train and the airport bus, so you have a lot of options to get to this hotel. It's also just a short walk away from everything. The staff was nice, the cleaning lady on our floor was great, if we met her in the halls she would ask if we needed bottles of water or towel changing if we forgot to turn off the do not disturb sign on the door. The windows insulated a lot of the noise from the street. The views of Hongdae and Namsan tower were nice as well.

Cons:

The laundry location is not very convenient to get to.
