Pros:

המיקום מצויין ! ממש על הרחוב ומצד שני לא רועש בכלל-וזה הפלוס הגדול של המלון.
המיטה נוחה והלובי נחמד.

Cons:

חדר מאוד קטן, קשה לפתוח מזוודות.
כיור אחד באזור של המטבחון-לא ממש נוח.

Disappointing stay, especially for the price
Pros:

Unfortunately, our stay here was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the price we paid.

I’ll start with the positives. The location is excellent, the staff were lovely and the bed itself was comfortable. However, that’s really where the positives end.

Cons:

We paid almost £200 per night for a “Superior King Room”, and I genuinely cannot understand what makes this room superior. For that price, you expect a certain standard, and this fell well below it.

The layout of the room was bizarre. One side of the bed was completely blocked by a huge fixed structure, meaning you couldn’t actually get out of bed normally and had to climb out from the bottom instead. Not exactly ideal, especially for anyone with back problems!

The cleanliness and general condition of the room were equally disappointing. One of the pillowcases was torn, the bathrobes were grubby and tatty, and the bathroom had built-up water marks and visible dirt, which I’ve included photographs of. There was also a strange, unpleasant smell in both our room and the corridors, which really didn’t give a great impression of the hotel’s overall cleanliness.

What frustrated us most was the difference between the hotel’s ratings, the price being charged and the actual experience. We’ve stayed in some incredible hotels throughout our trip, including several at a fraction of this price, and this was by far one of the most disappointing.

I don’t mind paying more for a lovely hotel, but I do expect the quality to reflect the price. Unfortunately, that simply wasn’t the case here.

Such a shame, as the location and staff were genuinely great, but we certainly wouldn’t return or recommend it at this price point.

爛設施老舊、水龍頭水非常小小到不行，每天洗澡都不開心。電梯蚊子多髒亂，但這還能稍微忍耐。

The location is everything and it was perfect.
The room is good but it would have been nice if it was a bit more spacious.
The breakfast was not good- not worth the money.
Staff were super nice.

The balcony is not really a balcony, you barely can stand on it.
The room was a bit small and there wasn't really enough space to put the suitcase.

Toller Aufenthalt mit perfektem Hotel für ein Städtetrip in Seoul
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war einfach nur perfekt! Man ist direkt im Hongdae Viertel. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants direkt fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Dadurch, dass man direkt in der Stadt ist, hört man abends und früh morgens direkt die Musik von der Straße.
Und das Zimmer könnte etwas größer sein.
