I didn't like that I didn't book more nights as I would have loved to stay longer!
Location is great. Room is clean. Lots of soccer fans. Breakfast is great.
Comment #1 - Free bottle water
If we could get free bottle waters (at least for the 1st night), it would be much better. Because I have kids and arrived in the evening, we were not familiar with this area. So, I had to order Uber groceries for bottle waters and waited a long time.
Comment #2 - Fresh fruits during breakfast.
This is a room to improve the quality of fruits for the breakfast. The melon is not that fresh. If we could have red apples, it would be better.
The location
The sofa bed is just springs and is hard. The room design is very awkward . When the sofa bed is extended, the space becomes very small and makes walking around the room impossible. The phone in the room did not work, the right shade would not go down and caused the sun to beam straight into the room. The breakfast was very limited . There was only one waffle maker which created a long wait. The bowls were located above the waffle maker causing people to reach over you. The Starbucks is limited which makes the drinks offered limited
location & friendly staff
gym not in use, wasn't informed before booking - this being one of my main reasons for picking the hotel. also, cleaners only every other day, and they didn't replenish certain items
The location was perfect for my business meeting, the room was clean and the view of the city was amazing. I liked that the hotel had a bar/lounge on the top floor and looking out while you have a nice drink was a great touch. The value of the room was a good price as the amenities made it worthwhile. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning, the Starbucks in the lobby, snacks for purchase and the option for room service made my trip even better. There are a lot of places to eat in walking distance, and the train is a block away. I will definitely stay again. Alexis was so amazing and I was allowed to check-in early with no hassle as my room was ready.
