Worst hotel experience ever! Even with Hyatt!
Pros:

We stayed Hyatt for the 2026 WBC game. The staff is friendly for our check-in. The location is great and It's walking distance to the ball park.

Cons:

We checked in at room 1616 which is on the top of the building. When we came back from the game, the entire 16th floor smelled like weed. We entered our room and found out there was a connecting door to the next room and they're smoking somthing and making lots of noise. I have my 2 dauthers with me and we can't stand the smell. I went downstairs and told Hyatt the situation and requested another room. The front desk said they're fully booked but she was able to locate another room, 1504, which is smaller than our orginal room. We settled anyway, however, we set the room temperature to 72, whenever the AC kick in, it sounds like a truck idling next to our bed. Totally ruied our schedule for the next day. The front desk were always friendly and took my email address but couldn't do anything about this. Worst hotel experience ever! Even with Hyatt!

Pros:

Location is good for those that plan to stay in the downtown area.

Cons:

Valet parking option only. Not only is it the only option but they damaged my truck and DID NOT TELL ME. Only reason I found out was because they brought it back to me and it was on the side I was standing. They only drove my truck to park it and bring it back. Though they don’t work directly with Hyatt they are contracted with them and who you do business with is a reflection of you. Will not be returning.
