Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel is located right next to a Wegmans, Target, Cava, and many more convenient stores and restaurants. It's a bit of a hike into DC, however. Full-size shampoo and conditioner were provided in the showers, which was nice.

Cons:

Our main light in the room didn't work, so we had to walk over to a lamp anytime we came home at night. The breakfast was ok. There were no hot items, but it was satisfactory—nothing to write home about. It wasn't a problem for us because we were doing things in the city most days, but the hotel didn't have a pool in case that was something you wanted.

Tiene que haber 2 personas en frontera desk, si una se tiene que mover, la otra atiende

Por falta de personal, no hay atención para los huéspedes temprano (7:00 a.m.), tuvimos una emergencia con una persona mayor dentro del cuarto y la llave no abría y no hubo nadie para ayudar en abrir la puerta.

Always a good experience
Pros:

I stay at Microtel Gambrills regularly. I’ve never had a bad experience. The location is perfect with ample parking. This is important to me as many hotels in the region do not have this accommodation so readily available. The beds here are also great and do no feel beat up.

The staff is always friendly. I always look forward to spent here. There is never a time when I dread having to stay in a hotel.
