Bad bed and good staff
Pros:

The room is clean and the staff is kind.

The bed we stay is sagging so we didn’t sleep well. The noise from the railway is tolerable for us.

La posizione è davvero perfetta! A pochi passi la stazione JR e la via principale Electric Town. Nulla da dire! L'hotel si trova esattamente sotto la ferrovia, si sentono le metro ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema. La stanza è molto piccola per cui per qualche giorno è perfetta non la consiglierei per soggiorni più lunghi. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene anche con lo staff super gentile che parla inglese.

Compact room in a great location
Pros:

Amazing location, super convenient for trains and eating/shopping. Rooms had everything we needed. Cafe/bar space was great

Cons:

Rooms are incredibly compact. My husband struggled to use the bathroom as a tall man as his knees touched the wall.
I loved the train noise and it didn't bother me at all, but people who need silence to sleep might find it annoying. Also there is a fire station across the street making noise day and night.

If you like trains, this place puts you in the heart of Akihabara where you can feel and hear them.
Pros:

The name puts it best. You're literally under Yamanote / Ueno-Tokyo / Utsunomia / Tohoku line,
A stone throw off JR Akihabara Electric Town gates,
You can feel the trains passing over,
You can watch the Kanda/Akiba fire station from the cafe/bar as a bonus.

Cons:

Can be a bit expensive unless you book early / score a discount.
