Cons:

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestra estancia en Tokio y la experiencia fue decepcionante debido al ruido constante. El hotel está situado justo debajo de las vías del tren, y el paso de los trenes se escucha con muchísima intensidad durante todo el día, haciendo muy difícil descansar o relajarse en la habitación.

El aislamiento acústico es claramente insuficiente para una ubicación así, lo que afecta de forma importante a la calidad de la estancia. Aunque la ubicación puede ser conveniente, el trato del personal es correcto, y tanto la limpieza como las instalaciones están a buen nivel, estos aspectos positivos no compensan en absoluto el problema del ruido.

Por este motivo, no recomendaría este hotel, especialmente a quienes valoren el descanso o busquen un ambiente tranquilo.

Pros:

Séjour qui a mal commencé avec cet hôtel réservé à la hâte. Il est vraiment en dessous des rails : possibilité de dormir uniquement entre minuit et 5 h du matin

Comodissimo hotel ad Akihabara
Pros:

La struttura si trova all'interno del complesso Seekbase, un grande spazio creato sotto ai ponti della ferrovia con negozi e attività commerciali varie. Per accedere al primo piano, quello dove sono presenti le stanze, si possono utilizzare le scale o l'ascensore su strada. Entrando si trova la zona bar che è aperta a tutti. Dopo l'accreditamento si riceve uno scontrino con codice QR, fotografabile per conservarlo sul telefono e non rischiare di perderlo, che è utile per accedere alla zona notte e alle varie stanze. La nostra era abbastanza grande, riuscivamo a starci con quattro valigie da stiva. All'interno c'erano un letto, un tavolino con sedia, una TV, un appendi abiti e un bagno con vasca e doccia integrata. Uno dei muri è il pilone che regge la ferrovia. Alla reception sono sempre disponibili moltissimo prodotti usa e getta come pantofole, spazzolini, fazzoletti e tappi per le orecchie. La posizione è centralissima e molto comoda per girare tutta la zona a piedi. I prezzi sono onesti.

Cons:

Durante la notte si sentono molti treni transitare ma il rumore non è insopportabile.

スタッフさんの対応が良く、ホテルを多く利用してきましたが、チェックイン・アウトがすごく簡単にでき、とても良かったです！

Cons:

夜遅く、朝早くに電車が通るので音は聞こえますが、そんなに気にならない程度でした。気になる方は気になるかと。

Super hôtel en plein centre ville de Tokyo
Pros:

L’emplacement parfait, proche de la station de train, dans le quartier Akihibara. Le personnel très sympathique, chambre petite mais très propre et très fonctionnelle.

Cons:

C’est vrai qu’il y a le bruit des trains, moi qui ai le sommeil léger ça m’a légèrement dérangé, après je ne peux rien dire c’est indiqué de partout, et le personnel vous donne même des boules quies ce qui m’a beaucoup aidé !

ドリンクが早朝から、お酒が～深夜まで買えること
食事もカフェご飯のようにあるので
困らない。

Cons:

前回も泊まった時にそうだったんですが
湯船にお湯をためて線より下にしても
何かトイレの床の方まで水浸しになること。
バスマットがびちょびちょになるので
あ、前回もそうだった(--;)と思い出しました。
部屋にコップは置いてほしい。ちょっと使いたい時に、フロントまで行かなくてはいけなくて不便。
