Impossible descansar pel soroll de trens
Pros:

Habitació petita però correcte, i molt ben ubicat. Personal amable.

Cons:

El soroll del tren és molt fort. Vaig llegir molts comentaris sobre els trens abans de reservar i no semblava tant greu, però és molt molest. Potser a altres habitacions és més fluix, però a la habitació 05 el llit vibra cada vegada que passa un tren, i es sent moltíssim. Només para unes hores (de 01h AM a 05h AM). M'he despertat cada dia a les 5.30h i ja no es pot tornar a dormir. Estava desitjant que acabés la estada per poder descansar bé. No ho recomanaria ni repetiria.

Hand made direction to laundry is terrible. No land marks at each corner of street. Went to the wrong one. Had multiple laundry with
Booking.com direction to hotel is also terrible. Does not tell you which exist to take when you get off the JR line. Instruction is terrible on direction to every hotel.
The mechanism of the room door unlocking is very loud. Too much gap at the bottom of the door.
Should accept cash also.

Pros:

Hotel veramente ottimo per la posizione strategica su più di una metro.
Struttura molto pulita e dotata di shampoo, balsamo e bagno schiuma in omaggio in camera, oltre agli asciugamani che si possono fare cambiare quando si vuole. Altri gadget come tipo le ciabattine sono a pagamento alla reception.

Cons:

Da tenere conto che come dice il nome si è proprio sotto a una ferrovia quindi treni e metro passano sempre anche la notte, piano piano ci abbiamo fatto l'abitudine ma le prime notti non era semplice non svegliarsi.
Non effettua la spedizione bagagli, ma bisogna andare di persona al punto di spedizione che è comunque fattibile.
Altra cosa essendo sotto la ferrovia non ci sono delle vere e proprio finestre per poter magari arieggiare.

Excelente y funcional
Pros:

Todo excelente, segunda y espero no última vez que me hospedo aquí

Cons:

Todo perfecto excepto un chico de recepción rubio, un poco grosero, me cuestiono poder hacer uso del microondas para cenar si estaba hospedada ahí y el mismo fue el que hizo mi check in, entiendo que deba de preguntar pero hay maneras para hacerlo, el resto del staff suuuuuuper agradable

Pros:

Het hotel was centraal en schoon.. Personeel had ons netjes geïnformeerd over geluid overlast.

Cons:

Locatie: het ligt onder de spoorlijn en dat hoor je behoorlijk.
De geur: de kamer was schoon maar had een sterk muffig/niet vries geur.
Ok voor een nacht, maar we zouden niet langer verblijven.

Guter Start für 4 Wochen Tokio
Pros:

Super zentral …. Für die ersten 2 Tage völlig ok … die Bahn fährt ab 23 Uhr nicht mehr aber ab 5 Uhr morgens wieder … da der Jetlag eh noch da war für uns kein Problem … aber mehr als 2 Nächte gehts dann nicht … aber sonst sauber und alle super freundlich 💖

Cons:

Bahn … aber das wussten wir ja vorher … Preis Leistung stimmt daher haben wir dies gewählt

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La chambre exiguë, opressante
Le manque de luminosité
Et surtout, la chambre située directement sous les rails générant un bruit insupportable malgré les boucles Quies proposées
Nous sommes parties au bout de 30mn pour dormir dans un autre hôtel.

La cercanía a la estación.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña y dificultaba moverse en un espacio tan reducido. Aunque a otros usuarios no les molestó el ruido del tren a nosotros nos pareció insoportable estar casi todo el rato escuchando ese sonido.

Big rooms compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The location is just a short walk from Akihabara station, Electric Town, Animate and Bic Camera. The hotel’s location is in the quiet part of Akihabara.

Cons:

Since the hotel is literally built under the railway, you can hear the trains passing thru the tracks so you might feel uncomfortable if you are sensitive to noise. The nearest convenience store is around 300 meters walk.
