Perfect!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Right in the corner of the French Quarter. Close to a trolley stop so could travel the city. Susan was the best front desk lady :) Loved the dated charm of the hotel. It was very clean. Carpet is a little worn but what can you expect from a landmark such as this. I absolutely loved this place and can't wait to go back!

Stay was short, but we got to experience NOLA for a reasonable rate.
Pros:

The location was great. It was within walking distance from Frenchman Street and not to far from Bourbon St. We walked to Cafe DuMonde. We did take a trolley car around town. It all worked well.

Cons:

It is an older hotel. It was not going to be like a new hotel. I knew that going in.

A hotel with character in an excellent location.
Pros:

Loved the location and the terrace to sit out on. The parking, when there was a space, was great. The AC worked very well.

Cons:

A little noisy at night outside our room but not too bad. The rooms were very dated but in a way that added to the charm.

Pros:

Great location. Clean rooms. As advertised and the staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The parking was limited, so we never got to park on the property and had to use the paid parking near the hotel.
