První kladný dojem ze zařízení a čistoty zkazil nález dvou švábů v pokoji. V areálu a kolem ubytování se večer prohání desítky potkanů, pokud máte pokoj v přízemí, neotevírejte francouzská okna, potkani běhají po parapetu! Vedro a obrovské díry v povlečení byly ten nejmenší problém. No more...

Funktionalität, sauber, gut ausgestattet, im Industriegebiet. Ohne Auto schwierig
Pros:

Der ganze Komplex ist noch nicht sehr alt und hat den Charme eines amerikanischen Motels. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank, vielen Schrankfächern, Kochplatte, Wasserkocher, Geschirr usw.
Das Bett ist groß und einigermaßen bequem, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache. Ich mag es gerne weicher, führt aber nicht zu Punktabzug.
Man kommt komplett ohne persönlichen Kontakt in das Zimmer (Zugangscode), sodass ich keine Aussage über das Personal treffen kann. Die Putzkolonne am nächsten Morgen erschien mir ganz freundlich.
Parkplätze gibt es jede Menge und sie sind kostenlos und direkt vor dem Motel.

Cons:

Die Lage mitten im Industriegebiet ist sicherlich nicht jedermanns Ding. Für uns war sie okay, wir haben ein Auto und waren nicht zum Sightseeing dort..

Großes Bad, helles Zimmer, Parkplatz direkt davor kostenlos

Cons:

Zusätzlicher Sichtschutz (Vorhang), da ebenerdig von außen durch Gebäude nebenan direkt hereingeschaut werden kann.

Top Unterkunft.
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Zwischen Übernachtung dort aber man könnte auch länger bleiben ist fast wie eine kleine Ferienwohnung komfortabel und eigentlich alles was man braucht.

We booked a room one and a half months in advance. On the day of our reservation, while we were already traveling, we were informed that our room was no longer available due to overbooking.

The hotel wanted to relocate us to another hotel located 1.5 hours away, in a different city. As a result, we were left without accommodation and had to find another place to stay on our own. Because there was a major event taking place in the city, almost every hotel was fully booked.

The hotel failed to provide a reasonable solution for a problem that was entirely caused by its own overbooking.
