Pros:

Staff were super nice and accommodating. Got there early and they let me check in early. Breakfast was superb. There are grocery stores and supermarkets in the vicinity and some restaurants around. Overall, I had a great stay for 2 nights. Covered Rapallo, Portofino and San Fruttoso from this location. Very convenient. And all I did was walking. Hotel is not far from the center and ferry station

Pros:

Colazione ottima e abbondante, servizio impeccabile, unico neo trovare parcheggio gratuito in zona. Davanti all'albergo ci sono due posti per carico e scarico molto comodi ma limitati alle operazioni. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera ampia e comoda. Pulizia nella camera e nella struttura in generale ottima. Esperienza di soggiorno più che positiva.

Très agréable et si je reviens en Italie je reviendrai dans cet hôtel .

Un parking nous permettant de décharger nos bagages juste devant l’hôtel( dédié à cela)
Le personnel attentif et très très agréable , très serviable.
Le petit déjeuné varié et bon.
Chambre très lumineuse et très propre.
Je recommande à 100%

had a wonderful time at this hotel
Pros:

This is a pleasant, clean, bright hotel, a nice place to relax on the ground floor, excellent room cleaning, very polite staff (we even checked in a little early), delicious breakfast (we ate it with pleasure), and a good location: close to the train station, the beach, shops, and cafes. I hope to return to this hotel again.

A bit noisy at night (but not the hotel's problem)

Apart from the overly soft mattress and the coffee, our stay was fine and the staff delightful.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful; the hotel was clean and it was reasonably well located. Security was good and the room itself was unremarkable but okay.

Cons:

The reasons I have not given this hotel a better overall score is that I found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable and I woke up each morning with bad back pain which I do not normally get. The mattress was, in my opinion, far too soft. I realize that some may well like mattresses that soft but I would have thought a medium support mattress would be better for a hotel. The breakfast was okay but the coffee was terrible from an automated machine.

Pros:

Nahe am Zentrum, gutes Frühstück mit langen Zeiten (07:00-10:00), sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Strandprommenade zu verschiedenen kleinen Strändchen (Kieselstrände).

Cons:

etwas spezieller Geruch im Zimmer, bei offenem Fenster Verkehrslärm

Si sentiva tutto quello che dicevano e facevano quelli del piano superiore , però ecco per noi nessun problema particolare perché dormiamo senza problemi .
