Would have been great had they did something about me being n a room with no a/c and actually cared but they didn’t
Pros:

It was clean and spacious

Cons:

My room was hot and the ac didn’t work nobody ever came to check on it or did anything about it. And when we asked for a refund the next day I was lied to and never was given my refund. And I never talk to management even after I left three messages they only talked through the clerk at the front desk.

Geeat option for families going on Disney Cruise.
Pros:

Close to cruise port. Super clean. Great pool and restaurant so we didn’t have to leave for dinner after a long drive. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Location to watch rocket launch, visit coco beach and on to visit Nasa

Cons:

Breakfast staff were rude, breakfast was split over two different sections and had very different offerings making it difficult to cater for children wanting different things, nobody on the front desk when we returned to at 3.30am raising concerns about security

Great location and room, but quite pricey for one night

La posizione e la colazione

Cons:

Pulizia della camera totalmente insufficiente. C’erano rifiuti e sporcizia incastrati nel divano letto.
Servizio inadeguato: siamo arrivati alle 3:30 di notte e il letto per i ragazzi che alloggiavano in camera con noi non era stato fatto e questo ci ha costretto a richiedere lenzuola e cuscini in receptions e addirittura a farci il letto da soli. Oltretutto le lenzuola erano sporche.

Nothing we received on arrival a dirty room.
For price we payed breakfast was unacceptable ( breakfast items) I have a second trip back to the cruise port and unfortunately I will be looking for better conditions
