Last minute booking and booked on behalf of someone else. Staff made it easy and were super helpful and got the couple sorted and helped them with parking. Great value for money and had delicious breakfast included which was a bonus!
Comfortable bed, good location.
The shower was leaking which had to be looked at twice. House keeping didn’t replace used cups, did not fill up the body wash bottles in the shower and also left a pile of dirty towels on the bathroom floor.
Breakfast was limited. We were told to select 2 beverages and 1 meal however we were not advised prior to booking that breakfast would be subject to these limits.
The location is great, situated on a quiet street, the reception has its own cafe. It's well within walking distance of many other breakfast options like Subi Square, or along Rokeby Road where you can also find many dinner options like The Subiaco Hotel
The underground carpark gate was a bit hard to find at first
Other than what I didn't like this time, every time I have stayed here has been great
Unfortunately my room stank and there was hair left in the bathroom. No cutlery. Being double charged for breakfast when breakfast was included in my reservation purchase.
