Very happy with our stay
Pros:

Hotel is well situated, conveniently close to Subiaco train station. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are clean, fresh and well appointed. We only had breakfast once but the quality and service was excellent. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Perth.

Perfect location, quiet, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to the train and city. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the bathroom was big with an excellent shower. The staff were kind and accessible.

Cons:

The gym was tiny!

Great location and staff!
Pros:

Fantastic location close to eateries and supermarkets and felt incredibly safe. Staff were excellent and offered great tips about parking. Our baby dirtied the bed (again sorry about that!) and the staff came promptly to changed the sheets and were very professional about it.

Cons:

It was sometimes hard to find public parking in the day. But there were lots slightly further away so it wasn't a big deal.
