Was perfect for what we wanted and will return if ever in Perth again. A++++
Pros:

Was perfect for our stay, everything so close. Staff were excellent and facilities fabulous. Will have no hesitation in recommending this motel. We loved the pool and roof top bar. A+

Cons:

Maybe cheaper parking but cannot complain as was very accessible. No other issues.

Location was good

Cons:

Elevators for the public car park don’t go to the hotel and it’s hard to find your way to the hotel car park because there is minimal signage. And when you get there you need a card to get in. Not good if you haven’t checked in yet and can’t get up to the hotel because you can’t get to the hotel from the public car park!!
Nothing to say you need to check in first before parking!

Great location, modern clean hotel in a regenerated area of Perth, with fabulous staff.

I had such an enjoyable and comfortable stay here, it was a little haven to start and end each day
Pros:

The staff were all exceptional, front of house/reception were always very friendly and welcoming, warm and helpful; housekeeping were always very efficient and respectful; the waiters in the restaurant and cafe were always very reliable and accommodating. The rooms are really spacious and well kitted out and comfortable. The bed was cosy and the shower, nice and powerful. The location is great for good quality restaurants and cafes and stores.

Cons:

If i had to pick something i'd say it would be nice to have the sides of the curtains either rounded around the rod or fixed to the side walls to block out the light at the sides which is quite bright once daylight hits. The black out curtains themselves are great and effective, and the overlap of right and left curtains at the top of the curtain rail is a good detail as it overlaps at the middle to block out the light, and there is good length at the top and bottom to block out the light there too. It's just the sides that let them down and seem at odds with the rest of the curtain system which seem to have been better thought out.
