Location is good and close to shops
No water in the fridge . For $600 a night for a nice suite not to have even one bottle of plain water is not normal.
The staff in the breakfast bar have no respect how they speak to clients and are extremely slow. Coffee took 20 mins and wasn’t even busy.

Location, facilities, comfortable room
The metal shelf in the bathroom with a real sharp corner that I banged my head on multiple times. It is a hazard that could cause a lot worse injury.

Broken tile in shower, very dangerous. Room wasn’t very clean. Bed post hadn’t been wiped down and full of hairs. We’ve stayed at this hotel before but this wasn’t at all its usual standard

The restaurant. Thought meals were very over priced for what was served. $59 for a steak with no side.
During my stay I along with other guests were evacuated at 0430hrs Saturday 2/10. I have no problem evacuating for safety. However, no communication from staff was concerning.

The breakfast was complimentary because of the shower flooding and the discovery of mould in the bathroom.
The breakfast was nice when it eventually arrived. Maybe a staffing problem again?
Clearly under staffed, missing drinking glass, saucer and tea spoon on arrival and being put at risk of this just being deducted from my credit card when I left. When asking for replacements was interupted four times with poorly trained staff bringing different things. The staff bringing these items meant well but clearly not well supervised.
