Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Poor breakfast. I will not return to this location
Pros:

The reception staff was very friendly. The linen was clean. The hotel is well located.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't very clean. There were blood stains on the bathroom door. The dining room floor was sticky, a sign that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There probably weren't many people in the hotel, but the breakfast was very poor.

Prijemne strávený pobyt, krásny a čistý apartmán.
Pros:

Vynikajúca lokalita, priamo na začiatku centra mesta, oproti hradu. Hotel krásny, čistý, dostali sme apartmán, aj keď sme si objednali 2-lôžkovú izbu. Raňajky klasika, najedli sme sa.

Cons:

Parkovisko pred hotelom nepatrí hotelu. Je spoplatnené mestom. My sme však prišli v sobotu o štrnástej popoludní, kedy je parkovné zadarmo. Taktiež v nedeľu sa neplatí za parkovanie. Prekvapilo nás, že tieto informácie sme nedostali z recepcie hotela, ale od miestnych. Na recepcii nám ponúkli parkovanie z druhej strany hotela, za závorami, za poplatok 5 € za noc. Chýbali nám programy v televízii, nedalo sa skoro nič naladiť.

Es war ein ganz kurzer Urlaub für eine Nacht. Ich hätte es dort viel länger ausgehalten.

Kuchár výborný mala som famózne kačacie prsia kvôli nim by som sa do hotela vrátila ale iba na stravu

Hotel je už na dnešnú dobu dosť zastarali a už by sa hodila rekonštrukcia.

Pros:

Z hotelu je dobrý prístup do centra. Autobusová a železničná stanica sú v pešej dostupnosti. Služby v okolí sú dostatočné. Návrat do hotela je možný hocikedy. Na prízemí hotela je reštaurácia.

Cons:

Moja prvá izba mala nefunkčné mydlo v kúpeľni, časť lustra nesvietila a internet bol tak pomalý, že mi nedokázal načítať ani stránku s MHD. Táto izba bola na konci chodby a automatické svetlo na chodbe sa zažalo, až keď som vyšla ďalej od dverí, keď som išla izby, tak to svetlo zhaslo, kým som stihla odomknúť.
Izbu mi vymenili. V druhej izbe všetko fungovalo. Avšak sprchový kút mal málo miesta po zavretí dverí.
V piatok sa konala zrejme na prízemí párty a hudbu som počula, akoby som ju mala zapnutú priamo v izbe. Skončila o cca 23:00, ibaže potom pokračovala o cca 1:30 ráno. Izba bola na 1. poschodí.
