A lovely place but needs improvement in housekeeping
Pros:

Great location, easy access. Beautiful surroundings. Check in and check out was smooth. Some members of the staff were very polite and kind . We asked to leave a bag for two days after we checked out as we were proceeding to Italy and collect it on the way back. The lady at the reception was a gem and offered to keep it for us free of cost. A very noble gesture. Hot and cold water was available in the bathrooms and the showers were nice, There was a gas station, mc Donald’s and grocery stores very close. Ample parking was available.

Cons:

Some staff was excellent and some were not as warm and welcoming. Our room remained uncleaned and beds were left untidy and un made, linen was never changed despite reminders and requests made to staff at the reception who said they will look into this. This occurred 2 to three times during the seven nights we stayed there. Property was listed as air conditioned but we didn’t find the air conditioning to be very effective and could not see any ducts releasing cool air in the room

Sehr günstige und durchwegs ruhige Unterkunft an der Autobahn, genügend Parkplätze, klimatisiert und auf den neuesten technischen Stand. Rezeption und Barbetrieb durchgehend offen. Mit dem Taxi oder Bahn Kufstein bequem erreichbar. Diverese Möglichkeiten für Kleinigkeiten zum Einkaufen oder Frühstücken inder Nähe. Auf jeden Fall wieder.
