Pros:

部屋自体は綺麗でした。

Cons:

スタッフが終始不在で、こちらから電話しても出ない。
しばらく後に折り返し電話が来たが、それまでどうしたらいいかわからないなど、最低でした。

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Zona tranquilla, piena di posti tipici dove mangiare, vicina alla metro e la stazione centrale raggiungibile a piedi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, nonostante la barriera linguistica (nessuna conoscenza dell’inglese) ci hanno aiutati con il servizio di spedizione bagagli e sono stati molto efficienti.

Cons:

Pulizia della camera non profonda. C’era della polvere sui mobili della stanza e purtroppo sono allergica.

３階のお部屋、快適でした！エアコンも優秀！

スタッフの方の対応が親切でした。チェックイン時のお若い男性と女性の方、本当にありがとうございました。お部屋は３階だったのですが、広くて清潔で、トイレとバスも使い勝手がよかったです！ファブリーズもあったし、最低限のアメニティもありとてもよきでした🙆‍♀️
注意するとしたら、のれんをくぐった後すぐに階段なので気をつけて！　私はどんくさいので転びかけました（見られてなくてよかった笑）

Gute Ausstattung im Zimmer, gute Lage

Cons:

Das Personal war 20 Min. zu spät, obwohl vorher extra nach unserer Check In Zeit gefragt wurde. Die Rezeption ist so gut wie nie besetzt. Ich fragte via Booking nach frischen Handtüchern, diese Mail wurde entweder nicht gelesen oder ignoriert.

Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, y está bastante cerca de la estación de trenes en la que llegamos a Kyoto desde Tokio. Se pueden ir tranquilamente caminando
