We are a couple from Europe , travelled to Japan to enjoy and chill in decent conditions . Kyoto inn myo was bellow even
Pros:

Location was decent

Cons:

Didn’t change towels , or did any cleaning for 5 nights 😬
We asked to but they couldn’t be bothered ..
Staff was never there
Could not open the windows for the duration of our stay . The net was even broken - but would have been useless anyway since we couldn’t open the window
We contacted them before we arrived to ask them about laundry .. they never replied

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas ruhiger, aber nah an der Bahn und vieles lässt sich in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

I would stay for more than a day. Too many other options.

また使いたいです。
Pros:

エアコンが冷暖房切り替え自由なので、中途半端な季節でも快適。
冷蔵庫も冷凍庫のある家庭用サイズなので真夏に便利。
コンビニも近くにあるし、観光地にも近い。

Cons:

入り口が半地下でスロープが無いので、キャリーケースがあると少々大変。
