שהייה טובה, נעים ונוח מאוד.
Pros:

מיקום מצויין דקה מתחנת הרכבת. מלון חדש ונעים מאוד, נקי, שירות מצוין של הצוות. כל בוקר מחכים ליד הדלת מגבות נקיות ובקבוקי מים שזה היה מקסים. למטה יש מסעדה מעולה ונעימה מאוד.

Cons:

החדר קטן מידי והחלון בחדר לא נפתח( אני חייבת לישון תמיד עם חלון פתוח וזה היה לי קשה).

Pros:

The location was great, with a station just 5 minutes away at the end of the street and a 15-minute walk to the main Shinjuku area. The Airport Limousine Bus station at Tokyu Kabukicho Tower was incredibly convenient, making the trip to and from the airport seamless. Bottled water and a fresh set of towels were left at our door every day if we opted out of housekeeping. There is a public bath on the 2nd floor, though we didn't get a chance to use it. A hot coffee machine is available in the lobby, and check-in and check-out were easy using the self-service machines.

Cons:

The lift stopped at Level 2 every time, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Very nice Tokyo feel.
Pros:

Great location; easy walk from metro station. Nice cosy feel when coming into reception.
So good to have a (small but nice) public bath in the hotel in the middle of Tokyo.
The room felt nice, and the beds were good.

Cons:

Our room was really small, with no space for luggage.
Breakfast, served in the restaurant at street level, was rather basic.

Pros:

Great place both for longer and shorter stays. The staff at the recrption are extremely nice and helpful with everything. They speak English, one lady even used Google translator to make sure I got her English, but there was no problem with the communication.

The public bath is also nice, I went after 10pm and it was only me.

Location is fantastic, easy to reach from Narita, its 20 min walk from Shinjuku or just one station by subway, saved lot of time because of the location.

You can do your laundry which is a plus.

Cons:

One thing I decided to comment on is the non-Japanese restaurant staff. The waitresses are extremely rude, close to gross, depending on their mood. On my first stay had no issue, asked to choose scrambbled egg or fried, had hot green tea. The other day they told me I can't choose between scrambbled or fried eggs because its fixed, okay no problem. That day the waitress was making vomiting voices in the middle of the kitchen (!!!) then laughed...maybe she was imitating it or was sick, not sure, but since there was a laughter I can make a guess... The nect day another waitress said breakfast fixed, ok I'm not picky both scrambbled or fried eggs are fine, but I had hot green tea for every morning and I asked the same, but the new waitress gave me cold because the menu only says green tea no option for hot/cold...It was really inconsistent, also found waitress hair in my food.

Would I recommend to stay? Yes, because of the location and the local staff at the reception, but skip the breakfast.

Good and convenient hotel
Pros:

The onsen is a great addition to this hotel. Location was great and 5 min walk minutes walk to the station. Breakfast was good and very complete. Love the pijamas provided by the hotel. Very clean

All good. Not good for long stays and big suitcases

The option to self serve the room extras and the hotel being so close to a major train station and many restaurants all around.
