Pros:

La proximité de la gare de Shin-Okubo de la Yamanote Line (5 min à pied) et de Shinjuku (une vingtaine de minutes à pied). Le calme. Les petit déjeuner très copieux à tel point qu'on ne mangeait pas à midi.

Cons:

La salle de bain, vraiment très petite. Mais bon, c'est le Japon et elle était très fonctionnelle.

The hotel is in a great location, just one stop away from Shinjuku Station. There is also a nice and cozy onsen. The service during breakfast was especially warm and attentive.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a street whereIndian and Pakistani shops sell various goods and second-hand phones, so there is not much of a traditional Japanese atmosphere in the area. The room also lacked proper ventilation, and there was an unpleasant smell.

Die Lage ist top. Keine 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn und überall im Umkreis Restaurants und Bars.

Great location and friendly staff. If you don’t mind a small room, you’ll enjoy this property.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff were helpful and kind. The price value was hard to beat.

Cons:

The bed was a little dusty and room was a bit small for two, but we made it work.

Very clean room and staff was nice, but rooms a little small but doable.
Pros:

Very clean and staff was extremely nice. Needed to do laundry and they had a couple of machines on site.

Cons:

Near a lot of middle eastern / Indian shops which took away from the beauty of Japan.
