A decent stay in Tokyo near the metro.
Pros:

The room is quite small as expected (around 10m²), but the bed, pillows, and mattress are comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator always stops on the 2nd floor even when no one requests it, which is totally unnecessary and needs to be fixed. On the other hand, breakfast needs improvement—it isn't a buffet and offers the exact same options every day. Surprisingly, some receptionists don't speak English. The location is fine with a metro station just 200 meters away, but looking back, I would probably choose a different area like Shinjuku next time.

已經二訪了，品質一樣很好，房間真的很大，交通超級方便！跟新宿差一站，房價提早預訂也不貴，下次來東京還會來住🫶🏻

在新大久保站旁邊，出門馬上就到站十分方便，房間已東京飯店算很大，可以同時開兩個29寸行李箱！這點超級棒，床也蠻大睡得很好，飯店還有大浴場可以泡超讚

Camere pulite e spaziose, con un'ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal quartiere di Shinjuku. Una soluzione davvero comodissima per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici, ma anche per uscire la sera e fare una passeggiata senza dover necessariamente prendere la metro.

Il quartiere è bello, vivace e pieno di vita, sia di giorno che di notte, ma allo stesso tempo trasmette una piacevole sensazione di sicurezza a qualsiasi ora.

Camere, bagni e ristorante sono tutti estremamente puliti e curati. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche i numerosi servizi e i piccoli extra messi a disposizione gratuitamente: kit da bagno, spazzolini, pettini, cuffiette e prodotti per la skincare e per il corpo. In camera sono presenti anche un bollitore e bustine di tè, una comodità sempre gradita.

Una menzione speciale va al bagno pubblico, che, a differenza di quelli di altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato, era caratterizzato da un'atmosfera molto tradizionale giapponese. È stata un'ottima occasione per vivere fin da subito questa fantastica esperienza della cultura termale giapponese!

Lo staff è gentilissimo, accogliente e molto disponibile. Una mattina non abbiamo sentito la sveglia e ci siamo presentati un po' in ritardo per la colazione: nonostante questo, ci è stata servita ugualmente. Un gesto di gentilezza che abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto!

La colazione è molto buona e completa, con una scelta varia di proposte dolci e salate, sia internazionali che in stile giapponese.

Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel, soprattutto per la posizione strategica, perfetta per visitare Tokyo e muoversi comodamente sia di giorno che di sera. Il prezzo è davvero onesto, considerando la qualità dei servizi offerti, la pulizia e l'attenzione riservata agli ospiti.

Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca comfort, comodità e un'autentica esperienza giapponese!

Un piccolo punto a sfavore: le camere, pur essendo pulite e spaziose, erano purtroppo piuttosto umide. Nonostante la presenza del deumidificatore e l'utilizzo del condizionatore in modalità deumidificazione, l'umidità persisteva. Probabilmente siamo stati anche un po' sfortunati, avendo soggiornato proprio nei giorni in cui è passato un tifone particolarmente intenso. È quindi molto probabile che si sia trattato di una situazione legata alle condizioni meteorologiche eccezionali di quei giorni.

Alles wirklich gut und toller Ausgangspunkt um Shinjuku zu erkunden.

Die Lage war super zentral und gut angebunden, zudem war das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und das Onsen war sowie Hotel waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider keine Fenster zum öffnen oder rausschauen und es war schon recht klein und eng besonders im Bad - aber das war natürlich auch von der Beschreibung des gebuchten Zimmers klar zu entnehmen.

目的地から近くて綺麗なホテルに泊まれて良かった。
チェックイン前の荷物の預かりや、施設の案内などとても丁寧に対応していただきました。

Cons:

予約の日に割と近くなってから工事のお知らせがあって水回りが使えなくなるとの事で予定の変更をした点は少し残念でした。
が、それ以外はとても満足しました。
