また来たいと思います。
Pros:

清潔感があり綺麗な室内でした。
大浴場も清潔で、シャワーも使い心地が良かったです。
フロントのスタッフの方も、皆さん感じが良くて
丁寧な対応で気持ちが良かったです。
大浴場での清掃のスタッフの方も、話しかけた時の
対応もとても親切でした。
立地も、新大久保駅より歩いて直ぐでした。

Pros:

Hotel se nachází kousek od zelené linky, což je výhoda v rámci cestování. Na druhou stranu na pokoji byl vlak slyšet. Na pokoji se nacházelo vše, co bylo potřeba, jen pokoj je poměrně malý, ale to je bohužel v Japonsku běžné. Z některých pokojů je opravu hezký výhled na město, my bohužel dostali pokoj s výhledem do protější budovy, ale neměli jsem moc času na koukání z okna.

Friendly reception staff! The room is small (expected for Tokyo) but bigger than lots of other options. Very clean and in an absolutely fantastic location. Comfortable bed.

It was great. No regrets booking this hotel.
Pros:

Minutes away from a train station. Many supermarkets & eating places nearby. Establishment is new with all expected facilities included. Will recommend to friends who are visiting Tokyo.

Cons:

Lack of space to fully open 2 luggage in our twin room.

Pros:

Good location just out of Shinjuku, able to go back to a quiet location, and 3-4 minute walk from JR Line. and 1 min walk from 7/11. Super friendly staff and room felt bigger than expected.

Highly recommend and will be staying there next time in Shinjuku!
Pros:

The location couldn't have been any better! A stones throw away from the train station which made commuting (especially to the airport with luggage) seamless and extremely easy. 7 Eleven right across the street and away from the hustle and bustle so not noisy at all. Room was very clean and comfortable.

highly recommended hotel right in Shinjuku city
Pros:

Excellent location, right by the Shin-Okubo JR station. Great staff, great onsen, comfortable room. Lots of nice free amenities. Coin laundry was convenient.

Cons:

If I have to nitpick, there's a good chance you won't get any view from your window. This did not bother us as we were only there to sleep.
