Very good facilities, poor level of overall service.
Pros:

The breakfast and generally the food are very good! Also super warm, which for Mestia during the winter could be hard to find. Rooms were spacious enough and clean..

Cons:

Free transfer to the hotel was indicated in the booking, which impacted our booking decision. Then they told us just one direction would be free. At the end the driver got mad and we needed to pay 330 eur transfer both ways. And still the driver remained mad. This is definitely misleading and left a bad taste after an amazing stay.

Pros:

Das alte Steinhaus, die soliden Holzmöbel, die Einrichtung erscheinen wertig und gepflegt. Anders als ich es in vielen georgischen Unterkünften erlebt habe. Es ist ruhig, das Personal sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Räume waren beheizt. Jetzt im Oktober, wo die Nächte schon kalt werden, habe ich das geschätzt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme wieder.

조식 맛있으나 7월엔 더워요
Pros:

위치가 매우 좋고 공항에서 숙소까지 무료 픽업해줬어요. 조식으로 나온 치즈파이가 진짜 맛있었어요!

Cons:

에어컨이 없어서 더워 죽는줄 알았어요 ㅠㅠㅠ 창문 열면 1층에서 담배냄새 들어오고 7월에 가신다면 무조건 에어컨 숙소로 예약하세요. 분명 숙소에서는 에어컨 없어도 된다고 했으나 진짜 밤 8시 넘어야 시원해집니다 ㅠㅠ

Pros:

Everything fine. Spacious and clean rooms with mountain view, mine had a balcony. Convenient location close to the town center and the bus stop. Helpful owner can assist in arranging activities. Tasty breakfast.

Pros:

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel entrance closes around 1 a.m., and there’s no staff at reception to let you in. If you return late, you have to call the manager and wait for her to send someone to open the door, which is inconvenient for night owls or anyone out past midnight.

Cons:

We were put in the building which is still being constructed. Our « room » looked more like a place where someone is living with kids toys and drawings, things inside the drawers, etc. The douche was not working well (water pressure was low) and supply of hot water was quite limited. They couldn’t find the key to our room so we needed to leave it unlocked. There was a man doing the works at our window when we arrived around 5pm and he continued up to 7h30pm. He started the works the next day around 9am. Given that the room is on ground floor we had the feeling that the works were inside the room 😅
We had a good stay at the hotel couple of days before when we stayed in main building which is nice and well functioning but this time the stay was a joke. Given the quite high price (in Georgian standards) that they asked to be paid in advance before showing the room this not acceptable. If we knew this would be the case we would have stayed somewhere nicer for the same or even cheaper price.
On the side note the breakfast is quite sad compared to other places we stayed in Georgia.
Overall, very inconsistent hotel
