Polarlichter aus dem Bett
Pros:

Die Lage der Hütten mitten im Wald ist ein Traum. Nachts aus dem Bett Polarlichter erleben war unbeschreiblich. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neu. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise haben sie uns das Frühstück am Abend vorher aufs Zimmer gebracht.
Die Sauna, Whirlpool und das Eisloch im See sind sehr privat gelegen, man hat den Spa also für sich.
Auch Anfang April hatten wir noch genügend Schnee für die volle Experience.

Cons:

Man zahlt ganz klar für die Nacht unter dem Glasdach. Der Rest der Hütten ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet und es gibt keinen richtigen Schrank zum Verstauen von seinen Sachen.
Auch das Frühstück ist für den Preis nichts Besonderes. Leider wartet man sehr lange, bis die kleinen Portionen am Buffet wieder aufgefüllt werden.
Man hat nur 15 min pro Stunde warmes Wasser in den Hütten. Das WLAN hat weder im Restaurant, noch in den Hütten funktioniert.

Hienot näköalahuoneet, joista on mukava tarkastella tähtitaivasta ja revontulia vuoteesta käsin. Sänky oli loistava. Henkilökunta oli mukava ja reipas. Aamiainen oli riittävä, basic-tasoa, tuoreita hedelmiä olisi voinut olla runsaammin.

Cons:

Wi-Fi-yhteys huoneissa oli surkea. Hotellin syrjäinen sijainti edellyttää omalla tai vuokra-autolla kulkemista.

Magical setting, friendly service and great food.
Pros:

Very beautiful and peaceful setting. Never seemed busy even though the hotel was quite full. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant, the breakfast was very good and dinner superb but choices were a bit limited. The glass box bedroom is quite an experience with or without the aurora.

Cons:

For cross country skiers access to the pistes was not indicated. First impressions count and when you approach the main lodge building from the car park it doesn’t look great.

Viihtyisä paikka, pieniä puutteita mutta kaiken kaikkiaan viihdyimme ihan hyvin yhden yön. Hintalaatusuhde ei kyllä silt

Pidin erityisesti aamiaisesta ja siitä miten eri ruoka-allergiat otettiin huomioon. Kahvia myös tarjoiltiin pöytään ja maisemat aamiaiselta oli ihanat. Huoneessa sänky oli hyvä ja oli kiva katsella ikkunasta metsään päin. Henkilökunta oli myös todella ystävällistä ja kertoi hyvin palveluista ja muista ohjeista. Pidempää majoittumista en tähän paikkaan tekisi mutta hyvin viihtyi yhden yön.

Cons:

Huoneessa lasiseinät sai hyvin peitettyä pimennysverhoilla mutta kattoikkunaa ei saanut mitenkään peitettyä joka herätti minut ainakin liian aikaisin kun auringonvalo paistoi silmään. Huoneessa ei myöskään ei ollut telkkaria, toki sen pystyy itse tarkistamaan että onko huoneessa sellaista mutta omasta mielestä se olisi loistava lisä. Lisäksi lasikopit ovat ihan liian lähekkäin toisiaan ja niin että jos huoneessa on valot päällä ja verhot auki näkee viereisissä mökeissä olevat ihmiset sinut todella selkeästi ja se oli hieman ahistavaa kun ei ollut kunnolla yksityisyyden tunnetta.

Buono ma con alcuni aspetti da rivedere
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e moderna, la stanza era pulita, il cibo impeccabile e il servizio sauna molto piacevole.

Cons:

L’aspetto che mi ha deluso è stato l’odore in camera, che ricordava muffa o scarico. Considerando il prezzo pagato (circa 500€ per una notte in due), è un aspetto importante che dovrebbe essere rivisto.
Inoltre, dopo il soggiorno ci hanno contattato loro su Booking chiedendoci se fossimo ancora in Lapponia e di rispedire ASAP un cavo USB che a loro risultava mancante. Personalmente non ho apprezzato il modo in cui è stata posta la richiesta, perché dava per scontato che lo avessimo preso, quando in realtà non è così. Tra l’altro, considerando il costo della stanza, della spa e della cena spesi tutti lì, un cavo USB mi sembra davvero una cosa piuttosto futile rispetto a tutto il resto.
Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, ma questi aspetti hanno rovinato la percezione finale del soggiorno.
