A great hotel to be based to visit Saitama and even Tokyo
Pros:

Its location is very good near Takashimaya and the staff is very helpful.. I also like that they were willing to keep a bag for us for return stay and they accept and able to arrange Takyubin for us.

Cons:

Only that the coffee / drinks bar opens only at 10 am. It would be better to have 8am-8 pm service instead.
Given we don’t get drip coffee sachets, having the coffee machine opens earlier would be better.
