Pros:

大浴場があった。

朝食もトンカツがあったり、デザートも手作りのゼリーがあったり、汁ものが手の込んだものが毎日変わったりしていた。

スリッパが館内用と室内用にわかれていたので、衛生的だと感じた。

近くに飲食店がたくさんあり、隣にコンビニもあって便利だった。

20分ほど歩くと氷川神社があり、ちょっと散策しに行けた。カモが境内を歩いていてかわいかった。今の時期参道に1本だけだったが早咲きの桜が咲いていて、心が和んた。

Highly recommend if you're in Omiya.
Pros:

Loved the front desk service of 2 male staff that spoke English. They always approached us with a smile first and made us feel welcome to ask for assistance.

Also, Loved Loved loved the breakfasts. Best selection so far in all my 30+ visits to Japan. Especially because they focused on healthy local foods of Saitama that we could try even if we didn't go to that specific area.

They had bicycle rentals, too. So convenient!

Last but not least, location to the station and all the shops, eateries and services was prime.

Cons:

The beds were a little too hard for my liking.

The hours of the onsen was a little too strict with 2 different closing times in the day. Most other places we use have just 1 closing time.

Pros:

外観は狭そうに見えたが、意外と奥行きがあり部屋も広くとても良かった。
朝食は埼玉県の名物があったりデザートも沢山あり久しぶりに楽しみながら食事ができた。
