Pros:

Buena ubicación, a 3 minutos andando de Shin-Yokohama.
La habitación bien, así como el baño. El WC tenía función "oscilar", que es estupendo.
El desayuno bueno.

Cons:

El desayuno bueno, pero le faltaba, en la sección de ensaladas, aceite de oliva y vinagre. El tostador no calentaba demasiado.

Pros:

Grand Hôtel récent en proximité de la gare d'Omiya. Excellent Petit déjeuner et Spa très agréable. Beaucoup de facilités et services: boissons chaudes et froides disponibles gratuitement, distributeur d'eau potable, grande salle de repos avec livres, jeux et livres pour enfants.

Cons:

La taille de l'hôtel (11 étages de 22 chambres) qui génère une fréquentation dense des espaces communs, du Spa et de la salle du petit déjeuner.
Contact assez impersonnel lors de l'accueil.
Intérieur béton un peu froid.
