Even struggling with high tech stuff and guessing at Japanese kanji, it was a wonderful stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was really good!! The service of the staff and amenities, as well as the room and the ofuro were all wonderful!!!

Cons:

More explanation on how the lights, a/c and water in the bathroom worked. I eventually figured them all out but it would have been easier to have had something printed in English within the instructions on it.

A great choice for travelers needing accommodation near airport!
Pros:

Convenient location, stupendous bathroom and comfortable beds. Features an onsen and offered free shuttle to airport upon request. Staff were friendly, helpful, and kind (especially to our children and myself who are not fluent in Japanese).

100%おすすめします。
Pros:

スタッフの方々がとても親切で、外国人スタッフの方々も日本語がビックリするほど上手です。お部屋も清潔でキレイです。
大浴場もあって大満足です。毎回楽しみに利用させていただいてます。

Cons:

今回だけでしたが、冷蔵庫の不具合か、コンプレッサー音が夜中に鳴り響きうるさくて眠れなかったです。
