The hotel was beautiful. The staff were really helpful.
Everything was great, but it would have been a bit more helpful if the staff showed us how some of the electronics in the room worked. The oxygen machine, floor heating, etc.

Beautiful place with beautiful view
The view from the room is breathtaking. Room is spacious, thoughtfully designed with local cultures and staffs are very friendly. Hotel is relatively near to the old town. The Breakfast offered comprised of local and international spread.

Beautiful hotel overlooking entire shangri la ancient city. Staff service is exceptional, especially Lhamo, Daisy Zhao and Dragon! They are very helpful and friendly and shared some tips about where to go, and gave free upgrade of my room (birthday treat). The room is very comfortable, and able to request for firmer pillows.

the location is absolutely amazing, on a small hill very close ro the city center from which you have the best panorama of Shangri-la. the service and the design of public spaces and guest rooms are top notch, with beautiful and conforrable balconies or terraces
the guest access to the rooms is very complicated and uses same paths for guests and for housekeeping
