The hotel experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.
The room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke, despite our concerns about air quality — especially since one of my children has asthma. When we inquired about whether the room was smoke-free, the staff misunderstood and thought we were asking if we could smoke, to which they enthusiastically replied, “Absolutely, go ahead.”

To make matters worse, the beds were infested with bed bugs. We were seriously worried about the health and safety of my wife and our three children. We had originally booked a 6-night stay, but after just one night, we felt forced to leave for the safety and well-being of our family.

Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights despite the unacceptable conditions. This experience was both distressing and unacceptable.

Simple and good value for money at the time and the season

The location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby hospitals and other locations. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the stay. Most importantly, the staff stood out — genuinely warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. That kind of service makes all the difference when you're on the road often. This was our second stay, and while we enjoyed it overall, I do hope to see some small improvements—particularly in the cleanliness of the bathroom corners and shower area, as well as better cable TV quality. The breakfast service could also be enhanced with fresher offerings, consistent replenishment, and more variety like made-to-order eggs.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Marina Park Hotel. Upon checking in, I immediately noticed the poor conditions—unclean rooms, a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and an overall unsafe environment. Despite requesting a room change, the staff refused to accommodate us, leaving us with no choice but to leave the hotel within two hours of arrival.

As someone with allergies to dust and unclean environments, the conditions posed a serious health risk to me. After checking online reviews, I found numerous complaints from other guests reporting similar experiences, including health issues due to the hotel’s poor hygiene.

To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, the hotel refused, citing their strict non-refundable policy with no exceptions. I booked through Orbitz, expecting a certain level of quality and support, but was left disappointed as they were unable to help due to the hotel’s rigid policies.

I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking. The conditions were unacceptable, and the lack of customer service made the experience even worse.

Genel olarak temiz ve düzenliydi fakat, ne televizyon çalışıyordu ne ışıklar. Banyodaki ışık bile yanmıyordu. Hava soğuktu klima çalışmıyordu.

I would reather not to go in this hotel, or when you go please do not pay on cash when you have payed by booking, and i prefere not to pay never with cash
They take also in cash when you live the hotel

there was no wifi at the hotel. It cause us a lot of problem
