Pros:

The building interior is absolutely beautiful when you walk in. It feels fresh and clean .
The breakfast was a nice plus with fresh cooked options.

Cons:

We were guests for 4 nights.
Our room was never cleaned. I had to empty the trash myself. Go to the lobby desk to get towels, Kleenex and coffee . I'm not happy about that

Staff is none better.
Pros:

Staff was awesome, breakfast was the best I've ever had at any Hotel. The morning, we were leaving our car wouldn't start. The maintenance person, (I'm terrible at remembering names) came out with his personal battery box and helped us jump start are car. Above and beyond what I would consider his job duties. Would stay with you guys again in a heartbeat, if we are ever over that way again.

I have to say the customer service was wonderful. The women at the counters, c we’re wonderful
Pros:

The customer service was wonderful and they were very helpful. But the room the beds were terrible. Had trouble sleeping couldn’t get comfortable. They need to replace the mattresses.

Tasteful and elegant hotel - totally unexpected and pleasant stay!
Pros:

Very spacious room, well lit with all amenities. The omelet/egg station was wonderful and the options were wonderful. I especially appreciated the specialty coffee dispenser. Very well-appointed lobby area and nice outdoor sitting area

It was very clean easy to check in

Cons:

They charged my card prior to check in even though I was not supposed to have to pay till I was at the property. And the beds were very hard I had my arms and legs go numb because of the firmness.
