Location, location, location.
Pros:

Location and love the staff. I use this Hotel a lot for out-of-town guests. The location is the best one in Machida. It is a typical business hotel. The Staff has always been so helpful.

Cons:

The hotel could use a good remodel.

Pros:

Location and staff were wonderful. For the price it was better than expected.

Cons:

I do wish they could ship from the hotel. Also the rooms must be different as I thought we would have a little more table space or storage. Had to live out of our suitcase for 10 days.

Pros:

Before booking the hotel, I made several separate room reservations to allow for flexibility in changing plans, but they allowed me to stay in the same room for the entire day.
I appreciated that they changed the towels to fresh, clean ones every day.

Cons:

The comforter on the bed was heavy and made of a slippery material, so it kept sliding off.

立地とフロントの方の感じが良かったです。
お部屋も清潔&コンパクトで小柄な私には使いやすかったです。

Cons:

これはホテルのせいではないですが、場所柄通りで大声で騒ぐ人がおり、深夜までその声が6階の客室まで聞こえました。
