Great location. Nice rooftop bar and pool and a nice bar/lounge area downstairs. The staff was so friendly and patient. I was impressed my the staff at the restaurant downstairs and at the rooftop - they all seemed to be working really hard! The bed was really comfy and the shower was nice, too.
The light situation in the room was odd and hard to figure out (and we're not that old). There is some sort of master switch that we missed and our devices didn't charge overnight. Our older parents and other family members couldn't figure out the lights and just didn't use them at night (?). Pool was busy with young adults but the wait staff actually did a really good job serving all the guests and we didn't have to wait long for drinks and snacks. The A/C only went to 67degrees in the room and it was so hot outside I would have liked it to go a little bit lower at night.

The rooms and overall hotel modern and clean. Staff were great, had a nice breakfast in alter ego. Great location we popped to whole foods nearby and the 2nd Sunday market
An event scheduled on the rooftop that went til 1 am woke me up and kept me awake

Enjoyed the location, walking distance to resturants and Tempe Town Lake. Also a short drive to Mesa. Did not like the parking fee. Room was clean and comfortable. The view from the rooftop was spectacular.

Stayed there many times. The rooms are well laid out. Beds are comfy. It’s a great location for restaurants and grocery stores, and for visiting family in Tempe. The front desk staff is professional, cheerful, and helpful with questions. We will definitely stay here again.
The staff was AMAZING! They were very attentive and wonderful to all of our needs. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting ASU. Everything was exactly as described and just what we wanted.
