New and nice... but...
Pros:

Remote location outside Rayong, in the forest. You need a car to get here. Overall quite ok. They have built a number of new small houses, big space for a cheap price.

Not good:

Bathroom door is only 160-170cm high. I bang my head sooooo many times. They really should put in new doors.

No cleaning! I stayed 1 week for some business in Rayong. Not once did anybody come to clean or empty waste. Even though I put the "Please clean my room" sign out.

There are no english channels on the tv, only Thai.

Pros:

Hotellet var helt underbart! Väldigt trevlig natur, trevlig restaurang, trevlig pool. Var mycket nöjd med mitt lilla hus! Rent och fint. Personal dålig engelska. Sängen var hård.
