Could've been better if you had higher expectations of guests.
Pros:

The presentation in the room was beautiful and the bed was a little more comfy than the hotel I stayed at the previous night. The hotel overall is nice, but the standard is too low. Nobody wants to pay their money and smell weed as you walk through the halls, see roaches by the food area, and not have clean sheets (they smelled dirty and burnt for some reason). This was the reason I didn't sleep well.

Cons:

The stay could have been great, but the weed smoke from neighbors and the cockroach seen by the coffee stand, along with the sheets smelling like they were already slept on but thrown in a dryer and put back on the bed pretty much ruined a perfect stay. I thought the Hilton name alone meant higher standards. The previous hotel's standards of cleanliness and what behavior they allowed were phenomenal compared to what I saw here, their beds were just too hard.

Terrible, find somewhere else to stay. Beautiful place but you won’t get any rest and your vehicle won’t be safe.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

We couldn’t sleep. It was hot, then cold, hot, then cold. No matter how we adjusted the thermostat, it kept kicking on and off. Walls were thin. We heard a lady’s whole entire conversation in the next room because she was using speaker phone at 6 am. Then the contractors that are using the hotel were stomping and dropping stuff on the floor at 3 am!! There were no parking spaces near the hotel. We had to park and walk from another hotel parking lot way far from the entrance. But the contractors trucks were taking up 4 spaces each truck. I’m handicapped and did not feel safe going that far. I mentioned to the receptionist that I was handicapped and were there any spaces close. She said unfortunately people who aren’t handicapped use those spaces and just don’t care. I thought, why doesn’t the hotel care? Why aren’t they ticketed and towed? That was very messed up. She also suggested parking in a college parking lot nearby and walking to the hotel after telling her I was handicapped. There were no parking signs and signs that said they would tow your car if you didn’t belong there. My family won’t ever use this property again.
