Decent property, Staff, not so much.
Pros:

Clean property in a convenient location if traveling I-95. Shower pressure was amazing and the room was clean. Free breakfast was great.

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable. All staff I encountered were very short. The receptionist at check in seemed annoyed that we were checking in at 10 p.m. She handed me the card, didn’t tell me where the elevators were or even what room number I was going to be in. No mention of pool hours, breakfast hours, etc.

At check out, the front desk worker was more of the same, but a different person. I said, “I’m checking out.” and handed my room keys over. No, “How was your stay?”, “Have a safe trip.”, etc. The only words she spoke to me were, “Room number?” And “Do you need a printed receipt?”

An overnight stay on our way down to Miami, was fine but really should focus on getting some of the basics right.
Pros:

Good location and rooms, for the price was fine.

Cons:

Lots of little things that added up; no soap left in bathroom, room not very clean - blood stain on floor, no knives available at breakfast, when asked just told ‘no there were none’. Felt staff should really focus on the details to make it a great stay.

Pros:

The outside appearance of the hotel and the look of the room was nice. The location was perfect for what I needed.

Cons:

The King bed was very firm. The light inside the shower room flickered like a horror movie and the hotel acted like that was a regular thing. The handle to the toilet area fell off. The "restaraunt" was the worst Ive ever seen and isnt a restaraunt at all, its the receptionist taking your order in the lobby and passing the order to the kitchen. The hamburger was worse then a middle school cafeteria hamburger and cost $15. They had the receptionist handling the bartending, serving food and washing dishes. That poor girl. Overall bad experience.

Great welcome and every comfort with a good location near the airport
Pros:

Great welcome, lovely room and facilities- very comfortable and enjoyable. Convenient to Melbourne international airport. Good breakfast too.

Cons:

Only criticism is the throwaway paper plates etc and plastic cutlery at breakfast - with no sign that this would be recycled. I wish it was otherwise.,
