Pros:

Địa điểm đẹp ngay trung tâm

Cons:

Phòng không có tiện nghi gì: Không ấm đun nước, không li uống nước, không bàn trang điểm. Vòi nước chảy rất nhỏ, nhà vệ sinh có mùi hôi. Phòng bẩn, tường bẩn, ga giường và chăn bẩn. Giá quá đắt so với chất lượng nhận được. Mình lưu trú rất nhiều lần ở Đồng hới, chưa có lần nào tệ như lần này

Pros:

Clean and comfortable hotel in good location. Nice balcony with river view. Lovely staff, who let us check out at 15:30 without charging us extra!!

Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms, good location, nice balcony, helpful staff when they were around. Good value for the size of room.

Cons:

We sometimes had trouble with the toilet not flushing. It was also sometimes difficult to find any staff to speak to. And the hotel being very smokey at times which i think was due to a large amount of incense being lit with no windows open.

For the money we paid it was ok but it would have be so much better if the aircon worked.

Being able to smell people smoking in other rooms wasn't great. The bed is also incredibly firm.

Really lovely hotel with staff a credit to the business
Pros:

We loved the owners here as they helped us cancel a food grab order that we sent to the wrong location by calling the restaurant for us - this was so helpful and we were so grateful for this. Also helped us arrange motorbike hire with a really great company who provided bikes in very good condition and helmets too. Facilities were great, really clean, comfy and modern! Good view of the river too!

Cons:

The only thing we could even mention was it was loud one of the evenings, this was down to other guests but it kept us awake - we thought that they could have been asked to be a little quieter as it was very loud.
