We enjoyed our stay and felt very safe. The rooftop pool was a welcome way to cool off in temperatures of over 30°C. (And the air conditioning too.) The staff were very friendly.

Pros:

The location was perfect. In easy reach of the barefoot store & Bawa House No 11 & walking distance to temples on the lake. It had all facilities needed. The rooms clean, modern & snug. Best shower. The manager/staff are attentive - arranged an early check-in & taxi to the airport. It’s safe/secure - has a 24/7 reception. The rooftop pool /area is an added bonus - a place to chill/cool off & enjoy the view. Breakfast spot on.

Cons:

Nothing - the best hotel I’ve stayed at throughout Sri Lanka.

Pros:

Tout l’ensemble la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée ! La piscine pour un moment relaxe apres visite de la vile même si oas très grande ! Personnel charmant et pas loin en tuck -tuck du marché de Petta

Cons:

L’accueil de l’hotel il faut sonner pour que l’on vous ouvre la porte . Accès trop fermé .

Lovely stay great service
Pros:

We stayed for a couple of nights. Room is spacious with everything you need, bed was comfortable and breakfast generous, we even got to taste a couple of specialities. Walking distance from a big shopping centre. The manager at reception was exceptional, high attention to details and very friendly.

Cons:

Pool was a lot smaller than what we expected.
Bit unusual you have to buzz the bell to get in all the times but I guess it is a bit of extra security

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic and the room was perfect. Staff were very kind and I liked that we didn’t have any street noise in the hotel.

Cons:

Shower was going hot then cold in the mornings. Other than that, it was amazing!

Fabulous accommodation, professional helpful staff, amazing rooftop pool, good breakie.
Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff, good breakfast, exceptional rooftop pool and relaxation area. Organized cheap tuktuk to the hotel where my tour started on leaving. Loved the place.

Cons:

No complaints from me.
