Allez y sans hésiter.
Pros:

Un établissement tenu une équipe sympathique et dynamique. Bon emplacement, au calme. Chambre agréable avec petit balcon. Piscine au dernier étage avec terrasse et transat. Un très bon petit déjeuner.

Modern and private hotel in a nice area, definitely recommend
Pros:

Modern and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, very nice staff and the pool and the rooftop are the highlight! One of the best accommodations we had in Sri Lanka.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed
Pros:

Ligger rigtig godt i Colombo, og der er en god udsigt over byen. Værelserne var fine.

Cons:

Vi var trætte af at de lounge møbler der er vist på billederne, ikke er der. Dem manglede vi rigtig meget til hygge om eftermiddagen og aftenen. Desuden lugtede det kraftigt fra kloakken på det ene badeværelse.

Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal. Man ist sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum und bei den bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Bei Fragen standen die Herren von der Rezeption jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Pros:

Siisti huone, jossa oikea peitto ja hyvät tyynyt. Mukava nukkua! Toimiva ilmastointi. Suihkusta sai lämmintä vettä, suihkutila yleisesti miellyttävä.

Mukava henkilökunta.

Sri Lankan tasolla erittäin siisti majoituspaikka!

Cons:

Huoneessa oli pienen pieniä muurahaisia - eivät muuten haitanneet, mutta ei kannata jättää ruokatarvikkeita lojumaan pöydille.

- Keine Getränkeangebot und kein Restaurant

Pros:

The property is in a great part of Colombo and very close Park street.
The service was good and we were provided with everything we asked for.
The room is Huge and the bed was comfortable.

Our flight was departing at night and they were kind enough to provide us with another room after checkout at a very minimal cost so we could rest until our flight. They were very accommodating and helpful.
The property does not have a left and the housekeeping was kind enough to carry our heavy bags up 3 floors. (Con- no lift)

As I mentioned there was no lift. I didn't check that before I booked so I guess that's on me. But thank God we got help carrying our bags up 3 floors.
The room is spacious but could use a little refresh. The bed was comfortable though.

The bathroom is what we had some issues with. The water pressure wasn't as good and the water in the shower wasn't hot enough. It kept fluctuating from warm to luke warm on its own.

I think it's a little expensive for the experience. Could be a tad bit cheaper as it doesn't have a lift and the bathroom wasn't that great, but I guess it's also because of the location.

Der intensive charakteristische Naphtalin-Geruch im Badezimmer war nicht zu ertragen. Der beißende, teerähnliche Geruch kam sogar ins Schlafzimmer rüber, obwohl die Badezimmertür geschlossen war.

It was a quick stop. But people were lovely and breakfast good

The people were lovely and friendly . The room was comfortable enough for a stop before heading on our way. And they organised our driver for our onward journey which was reasonable .
