Lobby smelled unbelievable, beds and pillows were exceptional and view from bay window was picture perfect.

Excellent location, close by lots of amenities. The room was really nicely and stylishly designed. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Excellent customer service from very friendly staff (especially Manny!)

Lovely hotel, huge room!
Whilst we didn’t have much interaction with staff due to the online stuff and codes for rooms, the staff we did meet were lovely & helpful when storing our bags.
Decent location also, just a short train or uber into the busier city area, but lots of things available around the Cambridge area too.

Cons:

Pricey but it was a busy weekend in Boston

Our stay was disappointing. On both nights there were very loud noises above our room that made it hard to sleep. We asked multiple times to move to another room but were told the hotel was full and only offered earplugs.
The issue continued both nights, and no real solution was provided. While I appreciated the follow-up and partial refund, the experience didn’t meet expectations. I’d recommend being more proactive when guests report ongoing noise issues.

The room was clean

Cons:

HORRIBLE parking options, meaning no parking at all. My wife uses a wheelchair and we had a lot of luggage on our trip and we had to park at least half a mile away and the parking cost us 50 dollars!! This hotel is for young singles or couples without children and who use public transport. Families with a car SHOULD NOT BOOK this hotel.
