Hotel de la Croix Fédérale

Great location, interesting room, missing some plugs but it's still a nice place to stay.
Some reviews say the rooms are too small, it's a chalet! Ofc they are.
Restaurant underneath a little over priced for the quality of the food. The malbec was banging tho.

Worst hotel experience in decades of travel. Not as depicted in the description. Parking was a huge mess, had to park across town, dragging luggage a half mile on heavy hills to the hotel and upstairs. If elderly or with any mobility issues whatsoever, this would not have been possible.

Not able to get in to eat, restaurant staff was overwhelmed and not helpful. Very, very basic hotel. The icing on top was the morning of checkout, there was no secure place to keep luggage while trekking back to the car, so that was a concern, and they gave me the wrong validation ticket. So, after the long walk and stressing about my luggage, I had difficulty even getting my car. Oh, and they’ll be beating on the door every 15 minutes from 0900 until you leave, although checkout is 1030. This is a hotel which should cater to the spa/relaxation crowd, but I left here much more stressed than I arrived.

Switzerland is amazing and every other property I stayed at received 5 stars, but I’d steer clear from this one if you’re hoping for a peaceful vacation stay.

Way to warm. Didn t sleep well. Restaurant of the hôtel close at that Time of the year. Nice breakfast.

Lovely hotel right next to the termal baths with a nice restaurant.

We had a warm stay, our host was so kind and the breakfast was delicious. The room was so clean.
Definitely i would come back.

Zimmer sehr schön und ruhig. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Nach dem Suchen haben wir das Hotel endlich gefunden. Zentral gelegen, Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Check-In dauerte, da Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Nach mehrfachen Klingeln und einer halben Stunde warten, endlich eingecheckt. Zimmer leider anders als auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sehr sehr klein!! Man kann gerade so vor dem Spiegel stehen, sodass die Tür noch zu geht. Frühstück täglich das selbe, aber dennoch gut! Saubere Zimmer. Hotel ist sehr süß eingerichtet.

Perfect place for family, everyone was very friendly and polite, very beautiful view from our room. I highly recommend it!!

Unfreundlicher Empfang an der Reception, weiteres Personal im Restaurant freundlich. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Zimmer jedoch sauber. Badezimmer sehr klein, Dachzimmer mit Dachschräge für Menschen über 160 cm ungeeignet.

방 상태는 깔끔하나 화장실 문 손잡이가 고장나있어서 닫을 때 문고리가 빠지는 상태였음. 전기 포트 없음. 직원들은 매우 친절, 사장이 제일 불친절함. 입실했을 때 방에 놓여있던 수건 중 일부는 덜 마른 상태였음.

로이커바트 온천 2분거리에 있고,산장에 있는 느낌으로 조용하고 조식도 맛있고, 주인께서 짐도 옮겨 주셨고 친절 하세요.
기회된다면 재방문 하고 싶습니다.

Le patron de l'hôtel s'est montré très disponible et très gentil.
Il nous a également proposé pleins d'activités à prix préférentiel et donner de bons conseils.
Je recommande fortement cet établissement qui a beaucoup de charme et qui se situe au cœur du village.

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang.. Hotelzimmer aber sehr sauber und wunderschön..
Frühstück liess zu wünschen übrig.. keine Marmelade, dafür feines knuspriges Brot ..

Accueil très sympathique. La chambre signature est très jolie mais la salle de bains est minuscule.
Le petit déjeuner est assez bon.

Séjour thermal très plaisant. Hôtel top et bains juste en face. Parfait.

Zimmer sehr hübsch eingerichtet und absolut sauber, wobei Bad sehr klein (zumindest in unserem Zimmer).
Kontinentales Frühstück ok mit gutem Kaffee.
