Our fridge was falling through the toilet paper is one ply the towels are see-through it goes on if your going to have a hotel with a pool you might need better towels to dry off with our lock on door was broken

Pros:

The staff at the front desk and morning crew with breakfast were amazing. They were kind and went above and beyond. This nice lady covering breakfast went around to all the tables making sure all was good and no one needed anything.

The facilities were nice and clean, but the comfort items could be improved greatly.
Pros:

The bed was too soft and the pillows were like 15 inch squares that were way too soft. Would have preferred a normal, wider pillow, and the pillows could use more stuffing or be firmer.

Cons:

I would prefer a coffee maker in my room without having to ask and the toilet paper was so thin and terrible. I also requested early check-in and was told that it would be no problem but there's a $20 fee. I agreed the fee would be fine, but I arrived about 90 minutes before normal check-in time and my room wasn't ready as I thought it would be based on confirmation that I would have early check-in. I then waited in the lobby for 25 minutes before they had a room prepared for me, but I was still charged the full $20. Wasn't thrilled about that.

Hotel was clean and quiet but I have stayed at other hotels just as clean and quiet for less money.
Pros:

It was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

It was very hard to find. We clicked on “directions” on the hotel website. And it took us to a very small town in a completely different direction. We contacted the hotel and that person gave us directions that got us in the area of the hotel but didn’t give us “complete” directions. We ended up @ a vacant field. We finally found it by asking someone at a restaurant.

They could’ve been a little friendlier because they got robbed two weeks ago pays now for it
Pros:

The 1 room was spacious and clean on the 1st floor

Cons:

My second room, they put them all the way on top of the third floor. Their room was not as good as the first floor. Their bathroom light up around the bathroom light was molded. The carpet was smelly. The room just had an off smell so it was not as nice of a room as on the first floor And I understood not getting side-by-side but us on the first floor them all the way up to the third floor wasn’t happy about and the biggest thing I was not happy about at all was when I booked nothing was said about $100 deposit on each room they took my credit card. I told him I wanted to pay cash so they took my card they took my cash and took it off my card plus $100 deposit for each room so they got $460 off my debit card And $260 of my cash and my money on my card has still not been refunded so I did not like that. I was not told upfront when I went to book that it was there was $100 deposit because any other hotels I stay out besides this Western I never have to pay a deposit and so I was very disappointed that I had to pay a deposit, especially when it did not get returned to me today
