It’s a great, cozy and very colourful hotel. It was spotless clean and in a great location - in a walking distance to the local tourist sights.
It also had a number of workshops planned for children and adults, which is a great way to both have fun and also get some insight into arts.
Overall it was a great place to stay.
The only problem was that the hotel was full because of the holidays and the restaurant did not have capacity for everyone. Because of that, we were seated on a table with other people, without asking or warning us about it. That meant that instead of enjoying the evening as a couple, we had to spend the evening in some awkward conversations with total strangers. Had we known about it, we would have probably went to another, quieter restaurant.
The same thing repeated the next day and for breakfast too. In the same time, there were other couples, who were booked on separate tables, waiting for them, empty. Overall it felt unfair - what was the criteria to chose which couples get to enjoy their meals and which have to have other people jump in their conversations constantly. And why some couples (like us) had to this several times in a row, whereas other couples got a separate table every time.
Another minor thing was - it seemed like the pictures from the suite, which we booked were old, as on the pictures there were big windows with great views from the bedroom, whereas in reality, there was a wall and no views.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The colourful art pieces throughout the property gave it such a vibrant and unique character. The rooms and overall décor were beautifully done, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us with transportation arrangements and were very kind in helping with our luggage, which we truly appreciated.
The food was excellent. The chef personally came to our table to explain the dishes, which added a special touch to the dining experience. He even took our breakfast order for the following day, which was a thoughtful and impressive level of service.
The only downside is that the hotel does not have a lift, which may be challenging for some guests. Additionally, as a couple, we were given a room with two separate beds instead of one.
> I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Art in Oreshak (Feb 10–13). Although the hotel has a beautiful design and some staff members were polite, the sanitary conditions were unacceptable for the price of 261.67 EUR.
> * Severe Lack of Hygiene:
> * The room was infested with ants, which even entered the refrigerator.
> * No cleaning was performed during our stay. The trash can was left unemptied from February 11th until our departure on the 13th.
> * Inadequate Amenities:
> * Upon moving to the ground floor (due to my husband's medical condition), we were not provided with towels or soap.
> * When soap was finally provided, it was served in a ceramic bowl instead of a proper dispenser, as the wall-mounted ones were broken or detached.
> * Financial Irregularities: At the restaurant, we were forced to pay cash because "the terminal was broken," and no official fiscal receipt was issued.
> * Inaccessible Facilities: The SPA, a key reason for our booking, was unavailable despite being advertised.
> I have attached photographic evidence of the ants, the full trash can, and the improper soap container.

Не работеше вътрешното джакузи в спа зоната, за което не бяхме уведомени предварително и беше леко разочароващо за децата.
A very cozy hotel decorated with beautiful ceramics, wooden furniture and paintings, I really enjoyed the design.
The beds were comfortable.
Chimney in the room while snowing made it even cozier.
The restaurant was also really cozy and food was very delicious.
Amazing ceramics workshop - a must do!!!
Overall it was great, my only feedback is that there was a bit of dust on the floor in the room so they can be a bit more careful with the cleaning.
Also, it was quite cold at the lobby and we couldn’t really sit there to enjoy the beautiful furniture.

הגענו אליהם די במקרה בחיפוש בבוקינג וזה היה שווה ביותר.
הגענו באמצע אוקטובר ולא היו הרבה אורחים במלון כך שממש יכולנו להרגיש את תשומת הלב של בעלת המקום והצוות.
המקום צבעוני, ענק, מעוצב בייחודיות, יש אפשרות לאכול ארוחת בוקר וערב במקום, אבל יש גם הרבה מסעדות מסביב.
השתמשנו בספא - ג'קוזי וסאונות, תוך כדי שתיית תה מפנק. היה מקסים ביותר!
היה איזה עניין עם התשלום שלנו בסוף. העובדות במקום לא היו סגורות על המחיר ונתנו לנו מחיר גבוה יותר ממה שסגרנו דרך בוקינג. בסוף הן ממש התנצלו ותיקנו את המחיר. כך שהכל הסתדר והרגשנו שזה גם חלק מהקסם של המקום...
