Compact room with basic kitchenette
Pros:

Relaxed location in Kutchan not a far drive from ski slopes. Clean and efficient layout with helpful staff (at times). Rates seemed reasonable for Niseko area.

Cons:

Parking was a 5 minute walk away. Tiny room with bunkbeds. A very basic and kitchen - ok for short stay, but not so good for long stay.

小小一間但什麼都有非常貼心，手機連wifi後可以用電視看youtube很方便。迷你廚房除了碗盤餐具，刀子剪刀杯子等都有，鍋子是湯鍋加熱比較慢，有油煙機可以使用。

Die Zimmer waren sehr funktional eingerichtet. Die kleine Küchenecke war ideal. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist ein bisschen weit weg und nicht ganz so klar auffindbar.

Good value for price, great location
Pros:

Perfectly located near train and bus station, lots of restaurants, supermarket and drug store in 5 min walk distance.
The price is very good for this area and even though the room is really very small, it is well equipped so you will have all you need and feel comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom has on wall to the street so when it is cold outside can become freezing getting a shower

Great, comfortable, hotel for alternative to staying in Niseko Village, on a ski trip
Pros:

The accommodations had everything I wanted: clean, good bed, quiet, comfortable thermostat adjustments, a kitchenette with enough equipment to cook basic meals. The location of Kutchan is a quiet town, but has excellent supermarkets and restaurants, walking distance. This makes the location a great alternative to Niseko village. The buses were somewhat infrequent (every hour or so), but you could always call a "Go" if you miss one. They offer parking too. I think if I were to go back I would consider renting a car and using the parking space because of bus difficulty and the ability to drive to Furano.

Cons:

The rooms are classically "Japan small" so more space would have been appreciated; if I was not alone, it would be very very tight. There also wasn't a ski/snowboard storage, so people would often leave their gear in the hallway.

Perfekte base für kurzen Aufenthalt mit viel Flexibilität
Pros:

Nah am Bahnhof, mit Taxi ist man such super schnell in hirafu und hanazono. Self checkin hat auch super geklappt und konbini gibts auch um die Ecke. Wir sind am abreisetag noch innerhalb des Landes geflogen, darum wollten wir nah annehme Bahnhof bleiben - hat super geklappt.
