Pros:

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, cerca del terminal de buses y también del centro de Puerto Natales. Tenía todas las comodidades (camas muy cómodas, 1 baño completo arriba y otro abajo, tv en living y en cada dormitorio, secadores de pelo, etc.). Escalera amplia.
Alojamiento espectacular, recomendable totalmente.

Cons:

Las sábanas estaban un poco manchadas.

correcto alojamiento para pasar la noche
Pros:

las camas comodas, el alojamiento es adecuado, calefaccion buena, guardaron nuestro equipaje mientras estabamos en torres del paine por un monto extra.

Cons:

la comunicacion con el alojamiento, me costó contactarlos, resolver dudas, el telefono q sale en booking no lo contestan, informacion entregada muy a ultima hora, no habia nadie para recibir nuestro equipaje cuando llegamos antes de la hora de check in

Homely self-catering apartment at a convenient location for shops, restaurants etc and good for tour-pickups. Helpful proprietor who liaised with our airport pickup on our behalf. All rooms spacious, clean and up to date.

Cons:

Nothing much. Would have been really handy to have a laundry area. However, there was a laundry just around the corner that we used.

Der Gastgeber sollte nicht mitten in der Nacht kontaktieren. Das ist schlechter Stil und geht garnicht.
Er sollte mit den Gästen früher in Kontakt treten und nicht kurz vor Mitternacht bzgl. der Zahlung. Das ist respektlos gegenüber dem Gast.
