Pros:

Proximité avec la gare, chambres plutôt spacieuses et agréables. Petit déjeuner inclus.

Cons:

Les lits étaient un peu trop durs à notre goût mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir.

長野や松本に出かけるときはまた利用したいと思います。

朝食は安定のおいしさ、部屋は非常に清潔でとても過ごしやすい、ロビー受付の女性対応はすこぶる良いと
思います、とても親切で丁寧な対応。対面での笑顔も素敵でした。

Cons:

とても残念に感じたのは喫煙の部屋でありタバコ臭が残る部屋でした、今時のビジネスホテルでは
どの部屋でも禁煙が普通の扱いで喫煙する場合は喫煙室を設けるなり何かしらの対応が必要では？
喫煙は個人の嗜好性問題だけではなく例えば東京都内など屋外ですら禁煙が普通です。
より良いホテルを目指していただきたいのであえて苦言を申しました。
