I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Very convenient to rail station and historic sites

Cons:

Nothing. All good, except they would not let us leave our bags there after we checked out. That proved not to be a problem as there were plenty of lockers at the rail station

Good value for money
Pros:

The location was god and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok and overall it was excellent value for money.

Cons:

We booked 2 twin and one double but got 3 doubles. 2 of the rooms were nice but one smelt strongly of smoke. We were not able to change any of these because the hotel was fully booked.

Cons:

Cheguei 7 minutos antes do horário do check in e me pediram para esperar. Apenas pude fazer o check on pontualmente depois de 7 minutos. Além disso, não é possível deixar a mala nem por 1 hora depois do check out.

Great experience, wonderful and attentive staff
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, and the staff responds quickly through Booking, which makes a big difference. They were extremely attentive — I needed to cancel my reservation, explained my situation, and everything was handled with no extra cost. I’m very grateful for their understanding and support.

Cons:

The only downside I would mention is the breakfast area. It’s a bit small for the number of guests, so people tend to bump into each other while serving themselves. Better organization would really help improve this experience.

Also, if you need parking, it’s good to keep in mind that the hotel’s parking is usually full. The reception will direct you to a nearby paid parking lot — they even have a leaflet recommending it — which costs around 1,600 yen per night.

Soggiorno lampo a Matsumoto
Pros:

Hotel molto comodo grazie alla posizione proprio accanto alla stazione. La camera doppia è piuttosto piccola, ma comunque dotata di tutto il necessario. Per una notte è una soluzione più che valida. Nel complesso, esperienza positiva.

Cons:

Colazione abbondante, anche se principalmente orientata su piatti giapponesi. Letti con materassi molto scomodi
