Pros:

Two disappointments, one, the remote for the t v would not turn the t v on I had to ask the staff how I could turn the t v on had to do it manually, which is no problem, just would have been nice to know, so I wouldn't have had to make a trip. Downstairs to ask. Second, the serial dispensers you have in your breakfast area are little faulty. The handles strip out so that they do not distribute the cereal correctly and staff has to gerry rig the dispenser to get it to work

Business trip but still wanting to be comfortable and get what we pay for.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. Most of it was clean. Most of the employees were polite and courteous.

Cons:

The breakfast used to be good. Now you're lucky if there is anything . Most of the time the warmers are empty and if there is food in them then the food is cold. Lately the sausage has been burnt and black. Biscuits were hard like hockey pucks.Plastic silverware out and not restocked during the time I was in the dining area. Have seen the female worker on the phone during the time the food was out or no silverware. Also the rooms aren't always clean. Found food wrappers and black mold in the shower. Window blind didn't work in two of the rooms.

Staff very rude, manager Christy was very rude and hung on us, over charged us by more than 500 dollars and then said they didn’t do it. When it was clearly on the bank statement

A very comfortable place to stay
Pros:

Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our first room was a handicapped accessible room which I took because we had an older dog who could not go up and down the steps. The shower was a massive problem, flooding the entire bathroom because the floor drain was the HIGHEST point in the room, not the lowest. When my son finished his shower, the water was an inch deep in the bathroom and leaking through the wall into the hallway. The front desk staff told me that this is how a roll-in shower is supposed to work. (I realize the water will spatter the room, but should flow into the floor drain, not flood the entire room.) That said, when I complained, we were moved to a different room on the second floor which worked as the older dog I made the reservation for was no longer with us. The rest of my five-day stay was problem-free and very comfortable.

I will not stay there again
Pros:

Nice staff

Cons:

My first room had hair, boogers, and debris in both of the beds. The floor had a huge stain. There was tons of mold and hair in the bathroom. Although there were towels and the bed had been “made” it was absolutely filthy.
