Pros:

Rooms are spacious

Cons:

Breakfast area is small. Not many tables to accommodate everyone. Restrooms in rooms dont have exhaust fans

Overall very clean and great staff. Food sub-par. I can’t eat gmo crap.
Pros:

The staff especially the new manager were very nice and helpful!

Cons:

The bed left me with a painful back both nights. The mattress was either too soft or too hard. I don’t know. But my back hurt a lot after both nights sleeping. Also, the phone didn’t work. Could not call downstairs to desk for wake up call or anything else. And cheap alarm clock didn’t work

What stay? What water?
Pros:

Not a thing.

Cons:

Arrived to find out a trip and hotel booking I had for weeks they were having a water main serviced and the water would be turned off for two days of my stay. Failed to send any warning or notice. Employees Even upon checking in didn’t mention it except for a printed paper on the front desk. When questioned they had little to nothing more to say or take care of— the only bright side is upon asking and being upset they did grant a cancellation and “waved” late cancellation fees.

It was so nice and spacious. I think this was my first time at a Home2 Suites and I never knew how big they were! The breakfast was also very delicious.
