Cons:

The hotel was not at the expected standard. As there was no air conditioning, we had to open the windows, but not all windows had insect screens. When we raised the issue, maintenance was unable to resolve it, and we were moved to a lower-category room than originally booked. The breakfast buffet was also below average. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations.

We loved our stay there and it was definitely worth the money, and was a great deal!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and kind. The kitchen staff were excellent, and I have to compliment them on their hard work as the food was very good and plentiful. The cleaning staff were also kind and happy. The front desk staff were also happy and friendly.

Cons:

The mattress was too soft. That's all, really!

Pros:

The bed was of a proper size and it was quite clean. The massage was very decent as well.

Cons:

A 5-star hotel is not just an inventory sheet, it also implies a specific level of service that this hotel has in no way. Besides the cleaning staff (ok, receptionists were alright, too) no one was friendly and spent like 99% staring at their phones, which is their right in a way, but come on people, you work in a hospitality branch, make an eye contact at least once... the quality and variety of breakfast is rather disappointing. The pool is small.
