The location was fantastic for a wedding at Grayson Mills.
The room was incredibly small and the bathroom was difficult to get ready in since it was a standalone sink without a counter.

The female employee. Hockey players!! Very disrespectful. My husband and I are going through hard times and needed a night away and the kids and parents were absolutely awful we were exhausted from lack of sleep. Asked for a late check out due to that and the grumpy female employee only gave us an extra half hour. It wasnt a great stay. We came to this hotel for peace and we did not get it. And the employee was very grumpy no eye contact etc.
We paid good money to stay there and get away just for one night to decompress. We should have gone elsewhere.

The location was ideal.
There was mold on ceiling. The fire alarm went off at 11pm and there was no communication during or afterward. The sound was ear damagingly loud.
Housekeeping did not clean room when we put the notice on door knob. The excuse was that there was a dog inside but the housekeeper saw us leave with the dog... we said good morning as we left at 9am and didn't return until 2:30pm. This is not the first hotel we've stayed at with a dog. We travel all the time. Very poor customer service. Shabby place.
Great location and comfortable rooms
The excessive incidental ( room security deposit) amount of $150 per night that's put on your credit card when you check in!! That's crazy for that area and should really be changed to maybe $150 for the entire stay and not nightly... really only downfall of staying in this hotel.
