I just want to recognize Joe and the other
Person on staff. They made my family feel so special. We had a long day out at the zoo and the kids were definitely starting to melt down ha. The front desk welcomed us in with a complimentary treat and saved the day! Just elite service. Thank you!
VERY friendly and courteous staff! From the evening we checked in until our checkout the next day-staff would greet us in the hallways and when we'd walk by. The ladies at the front desk were very nice! The lady who was in charge of the morning breakfast went around to every table and asked if they needed anything else before she closed up the buffet for the day. The room was spacious and felt like a studio apartment! The location is right near several restaurants as well! We will definitely stay here in the future! Thank you.

Website showed indoor pool but after checking in and asking they said they were aware it showed on there website but was only available at their Cool Springs location. Very disappointing.
We stayed at this Residence Inn during the ice storm. They allowed pets for a nominal fee. They where professional and welcoming, especially Andy the manager. We were charged a very reasonable rate for our stay given the disaster situation in Nashville. The breakfast was excellent and they had food in evenings with an amazing guitarist on Tuesday night! The rooms were very comfortable and the workout room was more than expected. Would highly recommend!
This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences my husband and I have had together while traveling! This facility is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are top notch - friendly, professional and hardworking working. If you are looking for a place to stay just outside Nashville, don’t miss this one!
I made a reservation 1/20/26 online for the next night 1/21/26. Four hours after making the reservation i called the hotel direct to see if I could cancel due to the snow/ice forecast. I was told no problem the reservation was cancelled. A $175 charge was posted to my credit card the next day. I called the hotel and was told Marriott made this charge not the hotel. When I called Marriott they said this wasn't true, the hotel made the $175 charge. Marriott said they would open a case number for my complaint and they would get back in touch with me. I called the hotel manager and was told they had to review the case before getting back to me. The room was cancelled but I'm still being charged $175.

I got charged twice for my stay
Loved our stay, our room was spacious, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. Breakfast were fab, good choice for everyone. The staff were soo friendly & helpful.

Great staff, very clean.
Everything was ok but there is 2 problems. First: shower water extremely hot with no option to fix it. Second: false advertising. I make the reservation based on pictures. In the morning i eat only bisquit with gravy. From multiple hotels i have chosen this one for this and they don't have it.
