Pros:

Over all experience is good. Would suggest to keep smoking rooms separate or have exhaust fans in those rooms, mainly 2nd floor. Alternatively, at the time of check in the patron should be asked/shared information about smoking rooms are in same vicinity before giving a room. This would avoid complaints if the visitor is allergic to smoking.
