Nice hotel but bad smell in the room.
Pros:

Nice hotel with standard breakfast.

Cons:

The room was horribly smelly. It was probably something behind the fridge that didn’t get cleaned.
Luckily we had to stay one night only.

Pros:

I liked the comfort of the bedroom, the cleanliness ; the breakfast was alright, I feel for the price it was decent.
I liked the hot tub as well.

Cons:

Maybe you can do better with the check-in. I was told that I could check in a little before 3 pm, and I called to check if my room was ready, and Staff said yes, but then when I got there, they told me it was not ready and I needed to wait, I didn't have an issue with that because I didn't have anything planned or whatever, but thinking about someone who maybe has a meeting or something is important too.

Comfortable stay all around.
Pros:

Very beautiful and private. Just a few minutes from Downtown and conveniently next to the freeway. Beautiful room and friendly staff, definitely coming back!

Room was quiet.

Cons:

The continental breakfast. The food options and quality were subpar. I was really disappointed. Also, 1 elevator was not in service so waiting for the other elevator was time consuming.

The hotel was great. The people weren’t.
Pros:

I like that the property was clean. It was close to everything and it was definitely affordable.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I was woken up both nights that I was there with constant stomping, loud music, and slamming of doors and drawers and jumping. and they didn’t do anything about it except for give the people one morning. And anytime I try to call the front desk to let them know what was going on. The phone wasn’t working or it was busy or it would just hang up.
