It was good but, need to work on the rules for the guest and to make sure they adhere to the policy.
Pros:

The location was great and so was the staff.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that so many people that stayed at the hotel were loitering, drinking, skateboarding and being belingerent.

The location was great.
The room was clean.

Cons:

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low.
I ask the front desk clerk if the water pressure could be correct? It never waS improved.

Unpleasant.
Cons:

They didn't clean the room the entire stay. Had to go to front desk every day and beg for towels and wash cloths. Older colored gentleman working the desk was slow and very rude.

The hotel location was good, the parking lot felt safe and my room was clean.
Pros:

Check in went well. The room, bath and bedding was clean. TV and channel selection was exceptional. The parking area was well lit.

Cons:

The water pressure (shower and vanity sink) was very weak.
