Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfreich, gute Lage, schöne Sauna, aber zu wenig warmes Wasser am Abend

Sauna - und die Terrasse der Sauna hat uns gut gefallen

Cons:

Das warme Wasser war jeden Tag zu kalt ! Das ist sparen am falschen Platz!

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - top!

Cons:

Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr eng und dunkel, das Bad in die Jahre gekommen. Hat auf den Fotos um einiges besser ausgesehen. Am Morgen starker Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch im Hotel.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer im dritten Obergeschoss...
Pros:

Lage und Preis und Sauberkeit waren OK.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im dritten Obergeschoss. So gut wie kein Schallschutz vorhanden. Jeden Schritt und jedes Geräusch hört man sehr laut. Sowohl aus den Nachbarräumen als auch aus dem Flur. Die Holzdielen quetschen. Schalfen ohne Gehörschutz unvorstellbar. Das Licht im Flur und auf der Etagentoilette war extrem hell und ließ sich nicht ausschalten. Wenn man nachts auf dem Klo gewesen ist, ist Wiedereinschlafen sehr schwierig. Ich habe selten in einem Hotel so schlecht geschlafen.

Würde jederzeit für eine Nacht wieder kommen
Pros:

Von der Ankunft über die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, eine Winter und Sommer Deke, die man trennen konnte und die richtige Wärme für sich aussuchen, war alles wunderbar

Cons:

Das Bett war ziemlich schmal, und die Matratze war für mich zu weich.
