Merida is beautiful! We will be back but stay at a different hotel.
Pros:

No breakfast,just coffee.

Cons:

No hot water so couldn’t shower.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great location, very safe, close to the ADO and city centre
Pros:

The people working are incredibly helpful and friendly. They kindly greet you and help at every instance. The location is ideal, and the hotel is very secure with their closed-circuit surveillance system.

Cons:

There is only cool water for showers, so warm water would be a benefit. There are no lock safes in the rooms for your valuables, so you have to manage that yourself

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en el centro Histórico, personal super agradable y atento, muy agradecido con las recepcionistas. El hotel es lindo en general.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó, fue que la habitación olía mucho a humedad y me tocó la habitación 10, a un costado de un área de lavandería que todo el tiempo tenía lavadoras andando y el ruido fue molestoso, no insoportable pero si molesto. Fuera de eso no tengo más quejas
