Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer super Lage (Parkplatz gleich hinter dem Hotel). Bereits der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und ebenfalls sehr ansprechend eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück wurde im wunderschönen kleinen Saal serviert, begleitet von dezenter, ruhiger Musik. Die auf einer Etagère gereichten Speisen waren allesamt sehr frisch und sehr lecker. Das Personal ist ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Aufenthalt im Esplanade hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

secured parking lot.

Cons:

it took 20 minutes to serve fried eggs after order at breakfast,
and took 40 minutes from second and main dishes at lunch.
tastes were good, but it took two hours to have lunch even though I asked twice to serve quickly.

Persoonlijke aanpak, verzorgd en met veel aandacht. Lang geleden dat ik. Of zo een fijn verblijf had. Er werd aandacht aan je besteed en je werd persoonlijk behandeld (vegetarische voorkeuren automatisch onthouden enz) zonder dat je iets moest vragen
