Above and Beyond Service!
Pros:

The facility was wonderful! Rooms were spacious and clean, pool area was clean and great. We checked in and the hotel was putting on a complimentary supper for all the guests! Pulled pork on a bun, coleslaw, different salads, chili, a few types of desserts, and drinks! It was an awesome surprise and much appreciated! Complimentary water bottles were given throughout our stay as well.

We will book again.
Pros:

Clean and welcoming environment. Beds were great, room was updated and nice. Breakfast could have offered more fresh fruit but was really great overall with custom omelets with lots of other choices. Coffee was surprisingly good.

Cons:

Second day wi fi was a problem. Could not connect.
Requested another bath towel. 2 bath towels per guest is better than 3 bath towels for 2 people. We never received the extra towel.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Well located, lots of shopping options nearby. The front staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave welcome water and cookies on arrival, coloring sheets to our kids and there was a little package for us prepared when we were leaving with goodies. Free complementary continental breakfast had lots of options. Slide at the pool is great to have with kids. Room was spacious and clean, the hotel was well kept and modern.

Cons:

There was a carbon monoxide detector plugged in in the living room which started to beep lodly every 2 min at 1 am waking up all of us making our kids cry. The front desk stuff was very helpful to solve it it took and hour for them to figure it out but it was very unpleasent situation. The hot tub was broken during out stay and couldn’t use it unfortunatley and no robes provided.

Terrible
Pros:

Jacuzzi suite booked weeks in advance. Old shooting out of the jets. No hot water to rinse off. Had to ask house keeping multiple times just to come in the room. When they did they didn't vacuum or resupply. I had to keep asking front desk to send them back. My check out date is tomorrow as well not today. Also couldn't switch rooms or hotel. I came here because this is where I come for the hot air balloon festival. I will never come back here again and will make sure the festival goes elsewhere.

Cons:

If my jacuzzi worked. If my room got cleaned. Ruined my Christmas and my childrens

We had an amazing time! Everything was perfect!
Pros:

The front lady was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, funny and she helped us with any questions we had about Medicine Hat and the attractions.

Cons:

How slow the elevators were, but not really a biggy.
