Pros:

The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is ideally situated for walking into the old town, going to the beach, and also a short walk from the bus station.
The rooms are not particularly large but very comfortable and have coffee/tea making facilities.

Cons:

There were no bottles of water put in the room each day.

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff on reception who spoke good English (thankfully!) There was a problem with our room (slight leak) but the whole issue was handled very well and all the staff (including maintenance) couldn’t have been more apologetic or helpful. How a problem is handled makes all the difference to your opinion of a place.
Lovely hotel, very convenient as very close to the bus station yet handy for getting to the old town, beach etc

To be recommended but not superb considering the price.
Pros:

The location is close to the train and bus station but not very noisy. It is an easy short walk in to town. We had a terrace that we could sit on outside which was great. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The reception is down stairs from the street and you have to carry your suitcase up and down. The room facilities don't 'flow'. For example, there was no towel rack for the hand towels; no place to put out your toilet bags - only in a drawer.

Wonderful stay in the heart of San Sebastián.
Pros:

Everything. Great location. Stylish hotel. Clean and quiet rooms. Very cool rooftop bar with great views. Excellent breakfast. We highly recommend.

Bel hôtel proche du centre ville
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité avec du choix salé ou sucré.

Cons:

La chambre était côté route. Elle est très mal insonorisée. Nous entendions la circulation bruyante.
