Sehr gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage, in der Nähe zur Altstadt und direkt an der Flusspromenade. Top Ausstattung. Modernes Hotel in historischem Ambiente..Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.

Das Hotel ist gut, das Rezeption Personal war nett.

Cons:

Im Restaurant war die Dame mit den roten Haaren unglaublich unfreundlich! Sie hat uns beschimpft (wortwörtlich), weil wir angeblich an den falschen Tisch sassen (die sie bereits für das Mittagessen vorbereitet hatte)und als wir am ersten Tag ankamen und um 10:27 Uhr (uns wurde an der Rezeption gesagt, dass wir bis 11:00 Uhr frühstücken können) an das Frühstück Buffet uns bedienen wollten, hat sie uns gesagt, dass wir je zu spät sind, aber sie gibt uns nich 2 Minuten, dass das insgesamt 5 Minuten sind und uns das reichen muss. Wohlgemerkt: das Frühstück war nicht gratis! Wir bezahlen dafür und müssen dankbar sein, dass wir 2 Minuten länger haben????!!! Echt schlimm!

Enjoyable stay at San Sebastián but would probably choose another hotel due to issue highlighted.
Pros:

Ideal location but no on site car parking.
Good selection at breakfast.

Cons:

Problem with all the lighting going off automatically (possibly when not moving around in the apartment ?) which was annoying reading in bed or showering & the lights suddenly go off. Supposed to have been sorted but still the same the next day.
Not offered any compensation, just apologies.

The breakfast could have been better (and hotter) or perhaps a made-to-order breakfast would be a good idea.

Cons:

There was no lock on the bathroom door - not good if it was a first trip away with a new partner

MUY BIEN PERO HAY QUE CAMINAR A LOS SITIOS IMPORTANTES.
Pros:

Hotel muy comodo, un poco lejos de la playa y el casco viejo, más o menos unos 15 a 20 minutos a pie, cuenta con parqueo, pero como nuestro auto de alquiler incluia Telpark utilizamos uno que estaba a unos 200 metros un poco más cercano que el del Hotel. El desayuno es muy bueno. Nos gusto que con un depósito de 10 euros proporcionan toallas de playa, lo devuelven al regresar la toalla. Algo muy especial es que el baño tiene inodoro tipo japones.

loved our stay and would highly recommend
Pros:

Beautiful building, perfectly located 2minute walk from the main bus station. Ideally situated along the river and a short walk to the old town! felt really safe, clean and peaceful. The staff kindly had umbrella for us to borrow when it rained and were endlessly helpful. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.
