The reception service is very bad and rude. But those lobby boys are very helpful to help us with our luggage and our needs. Feel bad about those reception ladies work.

Beautiful place. Breakfast included was adequate.
Lighting was a little odd in the room. Had to turn off master switch to turn off light in closet.Air conditioner did not work well to cool off bedroom area.
Shower design is poor that watee leaks out of shower area. Beautiful place, 4 pools, lovely infinity pool with view. Nice staff.

Pros:

Room ok, pool area and gym good, breakfast terrible (worst ever). Hotel is huge so if you stay at the end with a 1,5 year old child, it’s a lot of walking.

Es sind nur 3 zimmer verfugbar, der rest ist in renovierung oder aufbau, sehr laut, nicht empfehlenswert
